I ran into Will’s arms .

– Oh Will…

– Yes Elizabeth?

– I missed you!

- I know , me too he said sweetly

He hugged me tight. I let myself melt in his warm embrace closing my eyes, holding him close. I was afraid this moment would end too soon. Was it a dream?

I started to sob uncontrollably.

– What is wrong love? Asked Will

– Is this… a dream? I stammered are you… really here?

– Yes dear!

- Oh Will, don’t leave me! I cried hiding my face in his neck.

- Hush dear I’m here; I’ll never leave you! He whispered tenderly as he cradled me in his arms.

His warm body against mine and his tender voice gently soothed me. But I was still trembling with fear. I was holding him tighter than ever!

– Kiss me Will, I need you!

– I’m here for you my love, always!

He kissed me with a tender passion that made me believe in his words.

His tongue was soft as velvet, sweet as honey and warm as his passion! He gently tasted my mouth, making me shiver, moving his lips on mine. He embraced my tongue with his and sucked it gently. I savored the taste of him!

We did not need air, we breathed each other breath. The kiss lasted eternally. It was as if our souls kissed.

When we drifted apart, Will looked into my eyes with unconditional love and tenderness that made me week with emotion.

– You are my angel!

– And you are my heaven!

– I’d die for you!

– Oh Will…!

The summer breeze bowled softly through his hair making him more beautiful then ever!

He smiled at me before pulling me close, and wrapping his arms around me he whispered

I love you my beloved Elizabeth Swann!

Hugging him tight I whispered in return

I love you too Will Turner!

We kissed passionately! Lost in each other, nothing mattered to us but love.

He's received word from Elizabeth of her son -- their son -- but despite her paragraphs of description, he can't picture the boy. Can't imagine the weight of him in his arms, the scent of him, or the feel of his skin.

There are times when he can barely remember Elizabeth's face. How she felt in his arms.

Except in dreams, when she's as clear, as present, to him as she ever was.

But then he wakes, and remembers: one year down, nine to go.

I have recently discovered I am an "Obsessed Fan" of Pirates of the Caribbean.

I do indeed have POTC posters covering the walls of my room. (and some on the roof that have come down....^_^)
I saw POTC1, 2 and 3 the day they all came out.
I have named personal belongings names from POTC. (I.e. I call my desk Jack, after the Monkey....^_^)
I bought POTC1 and 2 the day they came out..!!!
I say "savvy" constantly.
I quote POTC daily.
My laptop desktop was POTC wallpaper that changed depending on my mood.
I saw POTC 7 times in theaters! Thats almost $200!!!!!
I have watched the POTC DVD more than twice a day at some point.
I have pins and patches adorning bookbags with Capt. Jack on them.
I have read books about POTC.
I have read fanfics about POTC.
I have written fanfics about POTC.
My cell phone's wallpaper was Jack Sparrow and Will Turner when they came out.
I have colored Jack Sparrow's tattoo's on myself in permanent marker.
I have the soundtracks. And I know which scenes each song is from.
My mum brought home the life size cut out of Orlando Bloom/Will, Johnny Depp/Jack home and I had it in my room but eventually had to give it to my sis cause it was freaking me out having life size versions of attractive guys looking at me constantly.

Well, here is my first contribution. It will be a while before I can make Pirates vids, sadly.

Summary: Fve years after Liz chooses Jack over Will, she returns to Port Royal and witnesses a scene that makes her question her choice.
A/N: First fic in the fandom! Oh And comments are loved :)

Port Royal was drenched with rain that night, just as it had been five years ago when Elizabeth had seen it last. The rain drops drummed against the roofs of houses, the narrow streets, and the wooden docks. Elizabeth had not wanted to come back here, this place so infested with memories of a past she could never return to, a life she had ruthlessly left behind. She had begged Jack to not make port here but he had insisted that they were in desperate need of provision and supplies. They wouldn’t stay for long, re-stock and leave.

Elizabeth watched from deck as the Pearl made her way closer to shore, ignoring the rain that soaked her clothes and made her shiver. There was a heaviness in her chest that she couldn’t shake off. The memories were too strong, too vividly imprinted in her mind. She still remember it all: the warmth of the smithy, the smoldering fire, slowly burning itself down to ashes, the contrasting cold and rain outside, the splashing and gurgling of water, the salty smell of the sea, and through it all the look in his eyes. The empty, drained look – he had finally given up.

“I want you to be happy, you know that.”

“Maybe I should stay. Oh, Will, I know I should stay, but… Would you hate me if I left?”

He looked at her quietly for a moment, took a step toward her and then flinched away as though being too close to her burned him. He turned away from her, facing the fire. “No.”

“Will—“

“Leave.”

“What?”

“Please, leave.”

“Will, if you’d let me explain…” She trailed off, unsure as to what exactly she was going to say. What could she say? Was there anything to be said at all? “Will?” she probed, her heart beating in her ears, some part of her wishing he would say something, force her to stay. But Will didn’t say anything. He gave no sign to having heard her, to even the mere fact of her present. It was pride that flared up in her at that moment. How dare he ignore her? “Fine! Be this way. I had wanted to part on good terms but you obviously do not seem to be so inclined. I suppose that I made the right choice after all.” It was a cheep shot, a flare of mindless indignation. She stalked toward the door.

“Good night, Miss Swann.” Will’s quite tone was painfully flat.

She let out a frustrated huff and barged out the door into the rain. She ran to the docks. To Jack.

Elizabeth stepped out onto the docks from the longboat, Jack and the several members of the crew they had brought with them following behind. The shadows of the port swallowed her. It was practically deserted at this late hour. It was possibly because of this that she had noticed the lone figure standing not too far away – a young girl with her brown hair, soaked by rain, freed from the usual clips and streaming down her back. Her plain but elegant dress was plastered to her fair skin, the voluminous skirts drooping. She was staring out to sea, deep in though. Elizabeth could tell she was waiting for something or someone.

“Miss Cross!”

Elizabeth jumped at the voice behind her. She turned to see a male figure jogging toward the docks. Elizabeth backed away further into the shadows. The voice was unmistakable. As well as the young man coming their way – the soft cultured tone, the outline of his figure, the bright eyes that were distinguishable even in the dark of night.

Will Turner.

The young girl at the docks turned slowly toward him and beamed with recognition. “Will! I didn’t expect to see you here tonight. Not in this dreadful weather.”

She’s lying, Elizabeth realized, watching how the girl eyed Will with playfully innocent eyes. She knew because she had used this same trick herself once upon a time.

“Dreadful indeed,” Will agreed. “Lauren, you really shouldn’t be out in the rain. God knows we don’t want you ill.”

Lauren Cross? Why I know her! Elizabeth thought with dismay. She had been a seamstress apprentice. Her shop was not too far from Will’s smithy. As a young girl Elizabeth would often watch Will walking the girl home, tears in her eyes as she wondered if maybe Will fancied Lauren over herself.

“Lizzie, luv, step lively now. We want to be sailing out by daybreak.”

Elizabeth didn’t need to turn to know Jack was behind her. She shivered involuntarily. “I’m cold, Jack,” she whispered.

“Oh…” Elizabeth could hear him fumbling around behind her. “Ah! Here, have some rum, luv.” A cold, half empty, bottle of rum was pushed into her hands. “It’ll warm ya right up.” And then he was gone.

Elizabeth squeezed the cold bottle in her trembling hands, not fining it in herself to drink from it. She watched from the shadows as Will took his coat off and placed it over Lauren’s slim frame.

“Come, lets take you somewhere out of the rain,” Will was saying softly, offering his arm to the girl.

Lauren clutched Will’s coat around her with one hand and linked arms with Will with the other. They started walking away from the docks, toward the smithy. The girl successfully tripped over Will’s coat, which was slightly too long for her, or maybe it was her own droopy skirts. Will caught her before she could fall.

“Are you alright?”

“Oh, yes, quite slippery isn’t it?” Lauren replied softly, looking up at Will with eyes partially veiled by long dark lashes.

“And so it is,” Will agreed, using the excuse to place his arm around the girl’s waist in order to “support” her.

Elizabeth watched them disappear into the shadows. She looked down at the bottle of rum in her hands. She lifted it up to her lips and took a long, deep drink. The liquid burned down her throat and she indulged the sensation.

Her hands, shivering and wet, couldn’t get a firm grip on the large, smooth bottle and it slipped, crashing to the ground and breaking into hundreds of peaces. The rum mixed with the mud and rainwater, running down the street in dark rivulets that had the disturbing appearance of blood.

Jack wouldn’t be happy. He didn’t like it when rum was “wasted.” Hell, he hated it.

Elizabeth looked up and stared longingly at the corner which hid Lauren and Will from her sight. A strange feeling rose up in her. A feeling that she hadn’t had since she was a young girl, watching Will walk Lauren home. A feeling which she never expected to feel again since the night she ran off with Jack.

A cold gust of wind blew through her hair and Elizabeth hugged herself to ward off the cold. What she wouldn’t give for a coat around her shoulders and an arm around her waist. She shook her head, as though the motion would take away her feelings and turning away from the docks headed in the general direction that Jack had gone.

There was no room for regrets. After all isn’t this what she had wanted, had chosen?

The burning of a pirate’s rum over the gentle warmth of a gentleman’s coat.

I have read some stories about the return of William Turner and this is my version. Please comment. I enjoy this type of style.

Ten long years had passed since that faithful day.
That day that had changed everything.

Married, stabbed, and a captain of lost souls all in one day of deceit, lies, passion and lust.

Married to the girl he had loved for almost twenty years. Twenty years? It seemed like forever. When had they met? When he was just eleven, she was only ten. On that fateful day upon that ship with Norrington- God Bless his soul-, her father- whom William had met on the tide- and even Gibbs, the pirate who made him laugh something fearful.

Ten years later his life had changed. Jack Sparrow had come in and changed everything. Although it could be said that Elizabeth had done it- taking his medallion from him all those years ago and making him hunted and craved by Barbossa and his cutthroats. But it was thanks to Jack that his life ha changed- that Elizabeth agreed to be his wife. But even then their lives couldn’t be happy ones. Becket – damn him – had arrested them both for treason and sacked Norrington.

Will had made his choice to help Jack destroy Davey Jones, but to no avail and had watched his lover kiss the lips of another man, that had him so angry and upset that he could not speak with her for a near full two months. Then the happiness- or maybe it was sadness- had come. Their marriage on the Black Pearl, as Jack and Davey Jones fought above on the riggings, Barbossa yelling at them to exchange vows, as they did with heavy hearts, swords swishing, arms around each other.

Their kiss as husband and wife had settled his heart, making her his was what he had always wanted and at that age of twenty one, he had done it. She was his forever. Until that Davey Jones had stabbed him and he had been forced to take the place of Jones, Jack helping him stab the heart that caused so many problems.

Now, as he sailed towards his wife, his father –who ironically was his first mate- by his side, Will smiled as the green flash shone over him and his crew, the shore and cliffs of Tortuga now being visible. He saw the outline of a woman- and knew it was Elizabeth- upon the cliff, a smaller figure beside her.

The ship dropped anchor and William jumped overboard, swimming with long, hard strokes of his arms towards the edge, where his wife and the smaller person had run towards. As he got closer, the ache in his chest grew. Stopping at the waters edge, his feet still in the water and his wife and the small boy running towards him, Will pulled his shirt back to reveal the scar no longer there. His hand rested on his chest, soon feeling the prominent thump of a heartbeat.

He turned quickly and saw his father, standing at the bow of the ship, his own heart held in his hand, his other hand waving towards his son. He was free. His wife (his one true love) had waited for him, and the spell of the Captain of the Flying Dutchman was broken. Now, his father was the new captain, and Will watched the ship disappear in a flash of green as his wife finally reached him and William took his first step on land for ten years.

Elizabeth ran towards her husband, her arms wrapping around his neck and her head resting in the crook of his shoulder. Will hugged her back, smelling her sweat scent of wind, soap, lavender and- for some strange reason- rum. Pulling back, he smiled at her.

“Why do you smell like rum?” he asked.

“I have to support your son somehow, don’t I?” she asked, making Will’s eyes widen as he looked down at the brown haired boy wrapped around his wife’s legs.

Will smiled and kissed his wife hard, his mouth feeling the wonderful sensation of this woman’s lips. So long ha it been since he had kissed her lips, felt her skin against his. Ten years ago –when he had taken her virginity on that island, and she his- Will had felt wonderful and complete. Now, holding her in his arms and their son now between them – as Will had pulled him towards them, wrapping his arm around the small boy – Will felt whole.

“Will, meet your son. William Jack Turner, the third,” she whispered in his ear.

Will smiled and pulled his son upwards into his arms, wrapping his free arm around his wife.

“The spell is broken and I am free to live with you both, if you allow it,” he said, loving the word free at that time.

Elizabeth smiled and so did William Jr, hugging his father’s neck. “Only if you teach me to sword fight.”

Will laughed and began to walk up the shore of Tortuga, his family wrapped around him.

He had never laughed so hard in his life- until they had all reached Tortuga and he had spotted Jack Sparrow running away from an angry Scarlet, who was being chased by Gibbs.

Will was home.

Well…what did everyone think? Written quickly and with a vague remembrance of the movie. I need to watch it again.

Willabeth forever

I don't know about you, but I adore willabeth. I almost cried at the end of DMC when she kissed Jack. No! I am so not a Jack/Liz fan. Anyway. I have included a few things below. First is a link to my full pirates 3 review. The second is a small speil on why this couple should be adored. Hope to add a lot to this group. Enjoy and comment on whatever you think.

Don't anybody move....I dropped me spoilers.

Now, for all those who have forgotten the very beggining of the Pirates Trilogy, let me refresh your memory. Way back in 2003, Disney released a movie called Pirates of the Carribean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. When seeing this preview for the first time, I didn't think I would like it. Another pirate movie? Not for me.

Anyway, when the trailer came out and I saw it had some of my favorite actors in it (geoffrey Rush, Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly) I had to see it. Not just for the action...but also for the many hours of swooning i was going to be doing afterwards.

I went with my sister to see the first one, and I knew from the very beggining the movie was a Will and Elizabeth pairing. The chemistry between them from the very beggining to the very end is easy to see.
We all knew it was going to happen. They could have stopped the movie there, but a sequel (much to everyone's delight) was soon released.

I am also pretty sure that everyone was surprised at how dark and evil this sequel was. I surely was.
The characters were alot meaner, Norrington was a mess and Jack was the ass (we all love) he always is.
But we were shown that Will and Elizabeth were true to thier love and stuck side-by-side through the movie until we saw the gut wrenching kiss that made all my friends and I almost hate PotC. Jack and Elizabeth fanfiction started potting up out of no where. Communitues here on LJ dedicated to them that (and go have a look here) never got off the ground.

So after many months of remembering how the 2nd movie ended, we hear disney release a pirates 3 world wide on May 24, 2007. The story has come to its end. The main character is dead, his evil first mate is back from the dead, the true lovers are ignoring each other . What was disney hoping?

But all turned out. All those Will and Liz fans out there got thier happy day when they two married in a battle-front wedding upon a boat ridden with pirates, by the very pirate they had killed two movies ago. Its like a fairytale. That kiss of wonder and those words that made everyone (every girl....^_^) swoon.

The fact that we loose our main character (more on that in a minute) to a world without his love is one thing, but to not know he has a son until the 10 years have passed. I read an interesting post in bri-chan's journal stating that:

"The captain of the Flying Dutchman curse can be broken and that's why Davy Jones was so furious with Calypso. If the captain's true love is waiting for him when he comes ashore after 10 years the spell is broken and he is no longer bound to the ship - he's free to live a normal mortal life on land again. A new captain is chosen to continue the 10 year cycle. When Davy returned to shore after the first 10 years Calypso was not there to meet him. The curse was not broken and he was doomed to remain captain for eternity. SO when Will comes back after the first ten years (since Liz is waiting for him with their son) the spell is broken and Will can join his family for the rest of his life. "

All in all, this was a well thought out movie to span across a trilogy. All we need now is Pirates 4 with Jack and Barbossa going after the Fountain of Youth, Will and Liz playing happy family {which we all know is gonna happen} and the evil little monkey finding a mate of his own. We can only live and hope.

So enjoy Willabeth. They are the best couple out there. There is so much fanfiction dedicated to them, so many fanarts as well, and the number of websites dedicated to them through a simple google or yahoo search are amazing.
