Freshly Harvested Hues...Coming Soon.
-Yes, I'm from Texas.
-It does arrive a bit later here. Okay, much later.
-Then sometimes, we might miss it entirely.
-We have friends, they live so far north, they don't have much of a summer. I am sorry.
-Anyhow, I am eager for it's arrival.
-Yes, I have lived where the seasons are definite.
-I am very eager.
So, what are your feelings?
Are you ready?

Speak with finesse and bring the Language of Flowers into your day.
Incidentally, when sending flowers to a loved one,
be sure to include an accompanying card that explains their meaning!

My "Great" Painting
Our "GREAT" Cowboy!
"A Friend In Any Weather"
They are always there
Like a friend in any weather
And it seems they always can be found
Wherever horsemen gather"
Joe Haberstroh
Meet our resident Cowboy. We have treasured this painting ever since the day we saw it an art gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. We have had him many years.
I really like him.

Bavarian Tea Set Collection
I am so very proud of my Bareuther Waldsassen Bavaria-Germany tea set, I have had it for many years. It's been tucked away in a china cabinet and decided that I should get it out and play!
This German porcelain is from the first half of the 20th century. Each plate is hand painted and truly exquisite. They each have been painted with incredibly vibrant colors and each one highly detailed. The quality of the painting lends a realism to the flower. Each plate is properly marked on the back, with Bareuther Waldsassen Bavaria-Germany and a style number.
Antique table linens were my mother's, graced many holiday dinners.
If I were going to have an elegant full tea, I would serve a selection of assorted tea sandwiches, freshly-baked scones with Devonshire cream and jam, scrumptious desserts, and a choice of tea and champagne.
I'm joining some great parties this week.

Family Vacation- Summer 2010
Our family took a beach vacation, what a grand time! Our grandchildren range from 14 years old down to 6 months, we were surrounded by happy giggles and just had so much fun! It was our first summer beach vacation since 2006.
I love the way he is looking at my Mom! Since they live out of Texas, was their first meeting.
I do think they have eyes for each other, so sweet.
