Driving along the lakeshore

from Kewaunee, WI 

to

Manitowoc, WI is a 

beautiful scenic route.

Lately, it is marred with

these signs.

They are asking for a 

BAN.

No Wind Towers!

Well, I guess that is okay

if you feel that way.

HOWEVER,

Does ANYONE see the

irony in

THIS?

These signs

are just a short hop from

the picture below....

as in minutes away.

Yes!  It is 

the Kewaunee

NUCLEAR POWER PLANT.

Certainly NOT dangerous

to your health?

Despite the fact that 

THESE

are scattered all over the

countryside for miles around.

Matter of fact,

there is SO MUCH pride

about the 

NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

that they have named

a road after it.

Now I ask you.

Which would 

YOU RATHER live next to?

This?

Or THIS?

OR

Perhaps you would just 

like to hold this instead?

Anyone else

think those are

some CRAZY signs?

A LIttle Pinterest Request

I have been trying

since last Fall

after seeing things

like this.

I have sent in a

request several times

only to be told that

I would be

receiving an invite.

Sadly, so far,

that has not happened.

Now my understanding

is that someone that

is already a member

can invite others.

Is that how it works?
