Summertime..and the days are lovely.

This is my last post.

Thank you so much to all the lovely people I have corresponded with these more than twenty years.

I am 71,I have no room in my tender heart for being bullied in my own space.

With Blogger you cannot block a commenter you can only moderate.

Problem is ..I still see the incessant bullying of one person.

I delete delete delete and you don't see the comments but  I do.

I've tried to share tips,recipes, good sites,things I love.

You make it an honor to continue and not give up.

The world is changing.

My husband always said you have the nicest readers.

I did.

The personal notes,not published here have been heartwarming.

So again thank you.

My subscriber account is not working which adds to the disillusionment of blogging.

But the true reason..  just read the last comment from anonymous that I have published.This was he second comment on just this post.

 Things are popping up every day.. it makes me realize just how quickly time is flying by..

My neighbour gifted me with these gorgeous currants.. I think I need to plant a bush.My wise mind though thinks.. will I even see it bear so much fruit..

Sometimes at dusk I go back out to observe a different stillness and light...

We had some rain last night (a LOT) and the lilies have almost all opened up..the varietals.. I mean still a few to come..and yet more rain drenched our soil this aft.

Look who has shown up to my garden party..

The dahlias have started.I love them so very much.

Talk about bullying.

And it happens..just not by who did it in this show.

But it happens..on social media..blogs.. schools,even before the internet..

Little streets with more popular kids that hit on less pretty unpopular kids:(

I got rid of my envelopes..I did keep some larger ones for seeds that I have in abundance(marigolds..dill)..

Gardens seem happy.

I have always felt very lucky to have been brought up in a bilingual home and to have studied both in French and English.

A gift.That I had nothing to do with.Luck..

Having aggressive role models

Lacking empathy

Lacking guilt

Narcissistic

As 

Machiavellianism

And having  sublinical Psychopathy.

I am so glad I did not have Social Media as a young girl.

The horror stories that come out about people being bullied on SM are..Frightening.

And it is not only about bullying youths..Adults get bullied also.

When I see it happen on SM and I have a voice...I defend the victims.

Unfortunately with Blogger..one can only delete bullying comments.

 There should be a way to block.

There should be a way to bring the bully to light.

I think it would give me pleasure to show the face behind the ugly words.

But you know what?

Someone sees you.

He is always watching He is.

Some of my faves at the moment.That Iris..looked black before blooming:)Stunning color.

Peonies..and roses right now take centre stage..Feverfew also..with clematis starting to open on certain varieties..

It's raining as I type early Friday morning ..soon en route to see my physician..(Routine)..It is needed. 

Early this Spring we had endless rain which sure made things do really well.

That Diablo Ninebark is HUGE and very floriferous this yr.The blooms are like spirea.. but peachy..

I want to suggest that cake/loaf.

It's from Erin..Cloudy Kitchen.

Five stars.

On the large loaf,no lemon drizzle,just on small ones albeit a few.

This time of year gets quite repetitive.
