 That they painted the statue of Rembrandt gold is already so-so to me but that name in front of it is more than life-size and that makes it completely a fair. Only good for a reflection when it rains. Here the promotion team of the municipality of Amsterdam has completely missed the mark in my eyes. One for Weekend Street/Reflections here.

 But there is also something about walking through the city in the pouring rain.

At least the flea market merchants held off.

 Following the mural yesterday, it turns out that there are literal photos of sprinkled streets in my photo archive. Herewith one from a recent past.

Rain

For a moment last Sunday, it seemed like the flood had arrived. This waterfall came from our barn roof.

And a little further down the road was also a problem by the looks of it. If this becomes our future it does not look too good. One for Signs2 from Tom.

Do hope the camera can withstand some water.

 This photo and header are from 2016 when just like now it rained for days. But the Nex 7 made it through.

Because it's so fun
