As it’s the first Friday of November, it’s time for a new challenge over at the Creative Artiste Challenge Blog, which is Anything Mixed Media Goes.
I had fun capturing autumn’s beauty using lots of different mixed media to create this page in my A6 journal (smile!).

Get ready to be inspired by the cosy warmth of autumn and see how I created this art journal page, in the video below, to capture the essence of the season!

In this relaxing video, I’ll take you through a step-by-step process of building a beautiful autumnal scene, from selecting the perfect colours to adding intricate details that bring the page to life. From fantastic fungi to bronze coloured leaves, we’ll explore the best techniques to evoke the feeling of autumn (smile!).
The mixed media that I used to create this A6 page includes Script Decoupage Paper, UHU Stic, Stamperia Stamp Set, Distress Archival Ink, Archival Ink, Pébéo white gesso, Maremi’s Illustrationi Collage Ephemera for art journaling Autumn Stories & backgrounds book, Spectrum Noir TriBlend markers, Faber-Castell Dual Tip Artist Pitt Pen and Liquitex Acrylic Ink.
For more inspiration please check out the amazing creations from our Guest Designers and my fellow Design Team members over at Creative Artiste too. All you need to do is to use three different mediums on your projects to join our mixed media challenge; I hope you are inspired to join us, it would be lovely to see you there!

There seems to lots of fungi this year, this one was captured on one of our walks at Lytham Hall and reminded me of my page.
Thanks so much for joining me today. If you have any questions or comments, I would love to hear from you.
Happy and creative wishes! x
