Wow! Are we really in 2022?
Simply unbelievable but truly what a great year 2021 was.
Although COVID is still around we managed to stay healthy and enjoy what life has to offer and boy did it provide.
We welcomed a baby granddaughter Madeline on December 17 who made a perfect entrance into this world and gave us all an early Christmas present.
With a mountain pass between us and the crazy winter weather we're having we had to wait two weeks before seeing her.
Two weeks! My grandmother heart was going crazy but finally we had a break in the weather and we were able to make the drive to spend a few hours loving on this little sweetie.
The husband and I are absolutely smitten with her as she has captured our hearts and locked us in forever. It's amazing how something so small can make such a big impact on your life.
I love seeing this big burly son of ours spellbound by a tiny little girl.
I'm grateful for the time we had with them even if it was for just a few hours, once we returned home the very next day the mountain pass closed due to poor visibility and dangerous driving conditions.
The husband and I had a quiet Christmas. We took the horses and dogs for a chilly ride through a canyon, watched Christmas movies and ate leftovers from the dinner we shared with my in laws on Christmas Eve.
Miss Elsie entertained me with her big balloon and a mini piano recital. She's a toddler now, soon to be a big sister. Her parents are expecting another baby in April.

So proud of your blog, I have been out of touch for a while with so much going on in my life and I was lost because of my illness but I'm stronger and I am here to tell you about a natural remedy that is guaranteed to make you wonder why your doctor didn't tell you about it. Then, on the other hand, it is pretty obvious why your doctor didn't, because that's not his job, is it? But, seriously, promise me you won't get too angry with your health practitioner, it's really not their fault. They can only practice what they're told to practice, right? When your health is at risk there's no time for Tom foolery, you've got to get down to the cause and nip it in the bud. So you've been suffering from painful gout attacks have you?
