Oh, Willy...!

In a political climate where immigrants, BIPOC and Queer people and their bodies are used as props and and as means to stoke fearmongering,  @willychavarria's Paris show is a breath of fresh air. *breathes*

Showcasing urban, Cholo, street, Queer and 'other' styles during the reign of Mango Mussolini and adding a touch of Catholic altar boy feels absolutely necessary right now. Also, the silhouettes slap and are those @jbalvin and @tokischa

    Big says,
It's all too dark for these old eyes to see much.

I give them props, but the far too baggy style ain't for me.
Still, between the fashion and the music it was a great show.

I personally am not into the oversized baggy clothes myself, but I do like the color palette. But there's something about this collection that depresses me a bit I'm not sure what it is. Even though the Fabrics flow something feels very stiff to me. The political climate it's depressing enough. I will say it's a very creative show. Like most designers, I like the women's clothing better.

It's wonderful to see models utilized in a fashion which gives the fashion they are wearing even more potency. It's wonderful to see that industry's strict guidelines obliterated and cast off like yesterday's runway sensation.

      I agree.
It gives the clothes some... gravitas. I think Willy is a rebel.
