Dance, Ye Scurvy Chumbuckets!
Today's date is, of course,
And, incidentally, it's also the
* * * 15th Blogoversary * * *
of She Who Seeks blog!
No blogoversary cake this year, me hearties --
how about a healthy fruit salad instead?
And a bunch of pirate-themed LOLs!
And here's
HRH's contribution
to the festivities!

HOW Many Years Have I Been Blogging?
That's right! Fourteen years today!
Even Her Royal Highness the Cat
is excited about this blogoversary!

Happy Blogoversary!
Today is the 13th Blogoversary of She Who Seeks blog!
Yes, my blog has hit its teenage years!
Oh oh, should I be worried?
Will my blog now become
moody, surly, rebellious
and all of a sudden be
disinterested in school?
Do I have to worry about my blog
taking up smoking, doing drugs,
or (*gasp*) engaging in
sexual experimentation?
And OMG -- will my blog have
to deal with acne?
No, no, wait . . .
(*phew*) I've got this!
I'll be okay! I'll be fine!
After all, I've had lots of

12th Blogoversary Today!
I was going to have a cake and everything,
but someone stole it . . . .
But I can't condemn HRH for her thieving ways
because I too am a thief -- 12 years a thief!
That's how long I've been swiping cartoons, memes,
images and videos to repost here on She Who Seeks blog.
But . . . but . . . it's justifiable, isn't it?
And besides, I do it ALL
for YOU, baby!
FOR YOU!!!
So to everyone
from whom I've swiped stuff
over the years . . .
PLEASE ACCEPT MY SINCERE THANKS!
I couldn't have kept this blog going
for 12 years without you!

Another Blogoversary?
Yes! She Who Seeks blog is ELEVEN years old today! Wow, that's a lotta years to have been pumping out stolen cartoons and memes, assorted cat videos and miscellaneous balloon juice, isn't it?
Putting together this post, I discovered that "eleven" is NOT a particularly exciting or famous number. It's hard to build a theme post around it. This is the best I could come up with.
A super slow speed limit --
That kid named Eleven from Stranger Things --
The old British tradition of a mid-morning snack called "elevenses" --

No one ever says "behind the eleven ball" --
This is really stretching it, I know, but
7-11 and its famous slurpees
(at least this has a bonus unicorn, yay!) --
Hockey legend and Edmonton's favourite son Mark Messier,
who always wore number 11 on his jersey, whether playing for
the Edmonton Oilers, the Vancouver Canucks or the New York Rangers --
Yup, that's it. Pretty sad, eh?
If you can think of any more famous or exciting elevens, help me out in the comments, willya?

Ten Year Blogoversary Today!
Huzzah! I've been blogging for an entire decade now. Can you believe it?
Even Her Royal Highness the cat is kind of excited about this big milestone. Well, sort of. I guess.
No, she must be excited because she has offered to take us all out to dinner to celebrate! That's right . . .
Because blogs and blogoversaries simply cannot happen without readers! And some of you have stuck around here for a long, long time! Thank you for your friendship and loyalty!
Let's hope HRH picks a nice place to take us.
Most of the other diners will probably be felines, so be prepared . . . .
We must try not to point and stare!
I'm hoping the menu won't be entirely mice, fish, kibble and milk.
Or sushi, for that matter.
Would a pizza be too much to ask for?
And don't worry -- I'm bringing lots of money with me to pay for it all, just in case HRH's credit card gets rejected again. Now that I think of it, that seems to happen a lot, actually. Hmmmm.
