  • The fallout from Russia’s Ukraine invasion will be the defining challenge for Rosneft in the coming years. Accordingly, the NOC may struggle to meet 2030 strategy targets, including hydrocarbon production of 330 million metric tons of oil equivalent (6.2 million boe/d) in 2030 and light products yield of 69%.
