My Top Ten Worst Dragon Ball Characters #4: Supreme Kai

He came out pretty cool, as we initially thought he'd be a villain or something. He made Piccolo pee his pants in fear. 

Then he turns all wussy later. 

Nothing more than scared to death. 

I do like the whole Z sword stuff. 

But his fusion also sucked, looks so ugly and badly dressed. 

Things I Hate: Alex Kidd in Miracle World

Relatively unknown to Americans, Alex Kidd was the big game for the Sega Master System. If Mario was the NES's favorite child, then most Sega fans would say Alex Kidd for the SMS. It was apparently Sega's Sonic before they had Sonic, or something like that. 

Game-play wise, it's not even close to Sonic. It actually has a bit of variety and whatnot. 

However most of the levels involve Alex jumping up and down trying to hit enemies with kicks and punches with very little room for error. The combat sucks. 

The boss battles are really resorted to Janken (rock, paper, scissors) matches. Also I believe if you die, you have to restart the whole game over again. It has the right ideas, but executed them stupidly. Terrible game for some of the most petty reasons that could have been easily fixed. 

Things I Like: Sonic & Knuckles

This was one of my favorite games as a kid, even though I sucked at it. 

Loved the fake "super graphics" for the time at the title screen. 

It played like most 2D Sonic games do, and it's much better than Sonic 3. 

Even though Knuckles had a cool gliding move, I like playing more as Sonic for some reason. But the excellent levels are worth playing twice. 

One of the coolest things about the game was the attachable cartridge. If you plugged Sonic 2 or 3 in the slot, you could play as Knuckles in either game. 

Pretty nifty!

Tracey Morgan Hates Gay and Retarded People

The man doesn't know when to stop. After he made a joke that he would personally murder his own child if he spoke in a gay voice, he apologized for the remark after getting a ton of shit for it. Now he's making jokes about mentally challenged children, and said he once dated a "cripple" girl and made fun of her. Idiot!

Things I Like: The Brothers Garcia

Really really old Nickelodeon show. 

I only have faint memories of it, but I remember it being pretty entertaining. Also one of the few shows with a Latino cast which doesn't get shown as often on TV.

I almost forgot this idiot existed until I later re-watched the series again.

"Hey Vegeta, blah blah Freiza, blah blah You Suck"

He tried to trick Vegeta into a trap.

So he could attack him off-guard. 

Well sometimes things are easier said than done. 

And nothing of value was lost. 

Fact of the Day: Ninja Turtles Were Red

Most us remember the awesome Ninja Turtles like this. 

However in the original comic, they all wore red masks. A tad cooler in a sense, but I prefer when I can tell who from who besides the weapons. 

My Thoughts on the Presidency of Abraham Lincoln

Easily one of the greatest Presidents to ever live. He's almost on the ranking where it's hard to even criticize the man without looking racist or silly. No Presidency is perfect, but lets take a look. 

Obviously his presidency is deep within the topic of the Civil War. Even before he took office, the South was planning to secede from the Union. Lincoln did support the Corwin amendment, which would have granted state rights to slavery, which might have prevented war; was pretty fucked up if you ask me.  

Alas the Civil War begins. This was a tough time for any President to endure. He is the only commander-in-chief to see his Union split in two. As such, he really expanded his war powers, almost defiantly a bit overboard. Despite his authoritarian-increase, he did remain strong for union efforts. He was always involved in the planning of battles, and he even studied on warfare since he had no real military background to speak of.  

Regardless of Lincoln's military tactics, his biggest triumph was the banning of slavery. Luckily done by a Constitutional amendment so slave states couldn't whine about state rights years later. It is a shame that it took so long for slavery to end in America. Yet the South wonders why everyone thinks it's residents are dumb and racist as shit. I'm not proud to be a Southerner myself. 

Besides the Civil War, Lincoln was also responsible for a couple other things. Such as giving land cheaply to any citizen, support for the railroads, the first Federal income tax, a national currency, and making Thanksgiving an official national holiday. I'm sure the Turkeys weren't happy though. 

It was such a shame Lincoln was assassinated. He was a great man, who yet made many mistakes, but got passed them and put this nation back together. Is he the greatest President in history? Again, that's a tough call for anyone to say. But he's easily in the top ten.  

Fact of the Day: Almonds Are NOT Nuts

They are actually members of the Prunus family. Which includes produce like Peaches, Cherries, Plums, and Apricots. 

Things I Like: Fairly Odd Parents

Despite being one of the most dorky kids ever, Timmy was pretty cool. 

But I'd be pretty pimp if I could have any wish granted. It's like Dragon Ball but without the work. 

I would have wished to have this witch killed. Vicki was annoying as heck.

Things I Hate: Turok (Xbox 360/PS3 Game)

Man the Turok series and I don't seem to get along too well. I bought this in the hope that the series was had one bad mistake with Evolution. Not so much. 

Now I hate the reboot in different ways than my hate for Turok: Evolution. The graphics, sound, plot, etc are all well produced in this game. However there's really nothing to keep you on for the ride. 

Despite the cool looking Dinosaurs, I could not help myself from being bored to tears or frustrated with parts of the game. This series needs to go extinct. 

My Top Ten Worst Dragon Ball Characters #6: Piano

Nothing more than King Piccolo's annoying son. Evil little turd too. 

I love the fact that Goku made Piccolo fall down and kill his own kid on accident. 

My Top Ten Worst Dragon Ball Characters #7: Android 19

I liked how he could absorb Ki blasts but that was about it. 

One of the few villains to actually beat Goku in a battle. Only this time, it was because of bullshit. 

But hey Vegeta showed this tub of lard who's boss. 

I loved seeing this handless fat-ass run in panic as Vegeta destroyed him. 

Fact of the Day: Sun Wukong

While Dragon Ball Z was more Superman meets Japan, the original Dragon Ball was based off of the Chinese epic novel Journey to the West. Goku is based off the character Sun Wukong, or as the Japanese pronounced it Son Goku. 

Things I Like: The Godfather

Such a classic movie. So long, but oh so good. 

Vito Corleone might sound funny but he's no shit. He is THE GODFATHER. 

I loved seeing his pure son Micheal take the dark side turn down the road of the family business. Mainly to save his father, but good intentions sometimes taint a person's soul.

So many great scenes as well. I think my favorite is the death of Sonny.
