This company is total crap. They keep sending me shit I did not order and trying to get a hold of a person is impossible . I have done a lot of work just to get rid of them but they keep showing up. I tried to subscribe online on January 8th and after I clicked the submit button received a bad gateway error on the website. My credit card was charged for the subscripti on, but I received no email ...confirmati on of my subscripti on. I have tried repeatedly over the past couple of days to contact FastCompan y through the online help portal with no response. There is no phone number available to receive help. There is also a 'click to submit' a support request feature and several attempts to submit there didn't go through. I am really disappoint ed that it's impossible to receive support and even confirm that I'm signed up for the subscripti on that I was very quickly charged for. Meer weergeven

I was a Fast Company fan for the past few years. I wanted to attend the Fast Company Innovation Festival in New York, but I thought I´d rather wait one year to attend next year´s edition with my work ...team. I decided to the support e-mail to the print edition now. Bad idea.
I paid for my full year subscripti on October 5th and I have not received anything. I have written to the subscripti ons e-mail and more than a month later, I´m still receiving vague answers. I wrote to care@fastc ompany 5 days ago and received no answer.
I go online to see how to subscribe and notice that the informatio n in your Help Center is not updated. There "Service" tab is nowhere to be found.
I´ve had it. I don´t want my subscripti on any more. I want a refund and your informatio n in the Help Center is not updated.

They called Uber and Lyft drivers racist. It's not racism that makes that stuff happen. It's experience . Certain customers can't be pleased no matter how hard you try. These customers will complain ab...out everything , lie to try to get free stuff, even at the risk of people's jobs, they're high, they're drunk, they're rude, they're violent, and we get like $10 an hour after expenses. So, yeah, we get picky. I don't avoid certain races, but I do avoid headaches by staying in affluent areas. And you can say you can have problems with everyone, but it's not going to be the rule, it's going to be the exception. You get charged 300% LESS than a taxi. All we want is the respect we gave you back, a good rating for getting you home safe, and would a tip kill you? Uber and Lyft drivers work really hard and risk a lot and don't need to be called racist because some people are picky. Oh, and my acceptance rate is 100%. I pick up everyone. My rating is 4.9 out of 5. People love me but honestly I get tired of people you just can't please. Meer weergeven

I discovered Fast Company last month while waiting for my tire to be replaced at a local business, and I was instantly and deeply impressed. I read the magazine cover to cover. The writing is superb......the articles are current and relevant, and often surprising and courageous , with evidence of original and out-of-the -box thinking. I'm so happy I found you guys! After reading Fast Company's article about Equifax it was apparent that the writer mixed some facts with a lot of outlandish and jaded opinion. A company that experience s complaints from .000265% of t...he consumer population is to be lauded. But the author prefers 'shady'. Maybe the rag's heading should read 'Fast and Loose'. I have been charged $12.99 to my debit card with no descriptio n. I have not authorized this transactio n. I have called inc. / Fast company and have been getting a runaround.
