Good for Bill Brady.Six weeks ago, when Brady was running for governor, State Sen. Rickey Hendon tore into him as �idiotic, racist, sexist� and �homophobic.�That was an outrage.One can disagree with Brady�s conservative views without calling him a hater or a neanderthal.Brady is, in fact, an honorable man.Last week, conveniently after the election, Hendon tried to apologize, but was rebuffed.�Rickey,� Brady said, �you can�t apologize for that.�So true. And a warning to those who would throw around slurs in the heat of an election.You can�t always take them back.
