Thursday, January 17th, 2008

I am thankful for friends that listen.
I am thankful for the ability to hear God speak to me.
I am thankful for “messages of salvation”.
I am thankful I have a joyful heart.
I am thankful I scrap and am inspired to scrap His word in efforts to reach others.
I am thankful *this layout* made layout of the day at Divine.
I am thankful for my husband who is such a great man.

I could go on but these are on my mind and thought I’d share on this Thankful Thursday. Thank you, for reading!

Thankful For…

Wednesday, August 15th, 2007

I thought I’d do Thankful Thursday this week while my hubby is readin’ over some union papers…

  • I am thankful for my health. Even tho I’ve had some “issues” this past year with my back and Bells… I’m still thankful that I’m healthy. I’m 98% over my Bells Palsy now, it’s been just over 4 weeks.
  • I am thankful for my husband and our closeness. We’ve always been close and it’s great that we can sit and talk about anything. This week we touched on “What if one of us dies”… tough subject but was on our mind with the passing of my cousin.
  • I am thankful for His strength, answered and unanswered prayers. Yes, even unanswered prayers are good because sometimes we may not see the big picture.
  • I am thankful for family. I was able to catch up with some distance family at the funeral service this past weekend.
  • I am thankful for information and technology.
  • I am thankful my daughter is happy about starting school.
  • I am thankful that my son set goals for himself to do better with his attitude.
  • I am thankful for my marriage – it’s solid. We will celebrate 14 years of marriage next week.
  • I am thankful my hubby has vacation coming up this month!
  • There’s plenty more than I am thankful for – but these things were on my mind. My husband is off tomorrow so I’ll be spending the day with him. Woot. Thanks for reading and if you’re here – why not share something you’re thankful for. =) Toodles.
