More Shopping at City Centre

Shopping at the City Centre Mall

Whenever cruise ships are in port, the Duty Free stores at the City Centre Mall have a surge of tourist shoppers. If you take a walk along this mall you will see a few women dressed in the traditional Jamaican bandana dress or, as in this case, skirt. Like this lady in the fore front, they will usually have a basket of fruits balanced atop their head. Sometimes their head will be wrapped in the bandana as well. The tourists will pay her (not sure how much) to take a photo with her.
