Spider-Man director goes fantasy with Wizard's First Rule, horror-reality with 13.
Sam Raimi does alot of impressive work for all of the movies he has created. Everyone should know him as a talented director. One of the best movies he has done was the Spider-Man trilogy/film franchise, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, and Spider-Man 3. It was also very impressive for how he came up with the action for the Spider-Man franchise. You should know about him.
Sam Raimi has had an impressive career. He'll be best remembered for his Spider-man films, of course. Spider-man 1 and 2 were top notch summer action movies. Sadly, Spider-man 3 became simply a spectacle as the story collapsed in on itself.
Beyond the Spider-man series, Raimi was also very influential with his Evil Dead series. These cult hit movies have shown surprising legs. Very creative and engaging.
Hopefully he has another decade or two of quality movies in him. A very good director.
He has done a great job with the Spiderman films. He also did great with Army Of Darkness.
