   In the 13th of Aug 1996 H.E. Mr. Yasser Arafat,  President of PA, released a decision for the establishment of Gaza Governorate.
I was honored to be assigned as the Governor of Gaza. We were able to build the institution with humble possibilities and the work of the sincere people.
