This is basically a Persona 3 protagonist who became a standard SMT demon.

While he does usually have a more demonic form (think stony colors, chain imagery, and a mix of humanoid and birdlike characteristics), he takes on a standard Minato form in the Mall to blend in. Well, usually. Sometimes he'll be a miniNato or redNato or... something else. Whatever the person he's talking to will find least intimidating.

His demon name is the Great Seal, but he'll be calling himself Toshiki in the Mall.

Generally, he's a high leveled demon who participates in your standard SMT demonic invasions for fun and profit. Though, more often than not, he'll just observe how things go and then sell himself out to the most powerful summoners in order to get involved in time for the climax. It's unusual for him to show up without his counterpart, The Herald, and they will always either be cooperating closely or on opposite sides entirely.

His Arcana is The Universe reversed.

Yes, he can be contracted.

Legends are, for the most part, inconsistent at best depending on who's telling which version and rarely manage to be completely true. Don't expect these to be any different.
