Fantastic angle. This is the bystander effect put to good use. Usually it's "Nobody else is doing anything, so I won't either." Here people saw someone do something insanely brave and thought "That's a good idea but they need help. I'm going to help!"

I'm in PA, Luzerne County - maybe you've heard of us. I voted by mail-in ballot at a drop box. Our initial ballots had to be invalidated and reissued because the printer misspelled a candidate's name. That caused some issues yesterday. Then we had a bomb threat.

For three years I kept my elderly mom safe from COVID. Even when she had to be hospitalized last January, the hospital was still following strict protocols. But after a minor fall last February she was taken to the hospital by an unmasked crew. She contracted COVID and died.
