Notes: Apologies for last weeks absence, my head was too full of
Bede, Cuthbert and 1066 to contemplate the Brooding One.
I land with a thump, ground beneath me, it's metal like a walkway
or something. Wherever I am, it feels... like I'm disconnected.
There are sounds to my left, familiar, but it doesn't come to me
instantly, it reminds me of fighting and childhood, not entirely
unusual for me...
I look to my left and I get it, the memory of me and Buffy in the
yard in LA, chasing each other alternating between giggling and
the sound effect... a happier time, which this definitely isn't.
Andrew was supposed to keep his mind totally blank...
