It's that time again. Shelley needs a new roommate. They keep graduating...And I will too in August, but I will be leaving late May/early June probably to go do my internship. I have all of the downstairs furniture already, so all you need is whatever goes in your room.

-Move in early January.
-No smoking in the house.

Hey guys, if you're bored and/or hungry tonight and interested in Native American culture -> tonight at 5:30 the Native American Association is hosting a social in the Activity Center (HCDC) at the end of Magruder Street. Tonight at 7:00 in the Union Ballroom everyone should come hear Gloria Steinem speak. She was the feminist from the 1960's who encouraged burning bras as a protest. Also she went undercover as a playboy bunny to write an article on how they were treated. She's 72 years old but looks like she's 59.

It's free, and there's a book-signing afterwards and FREE DESSERT.

Hey, I need to get in touch with someone at r_h (or around Canterbury) about living arrangements for the summer. I talked with Daniel K. earlier last year and he seemed like he wanted me to move in, but nothing's been confirmed yet.

Right now, I know bejitt needs a roommate, so if I don't hear anything from anyone after a while, I may just settle things with him.

i'm making roberts ( my secret santa person) go through a maze thing for his present. mwahahahaa! SO i'm going to give some people envelopes and he'll follow the chain around. I'm going to try to think of things he has to do to get the envelope. And it might be hard for me to get the envelopes to everyone before the party thing tonight. This is just fair warning that i'm looking for you, probably, and that you don't have to be worried about this odd envelope i'm giving you. you can open it of course. the names from the secret santa list at robot house are officially cut up and put in the trophy in the front room. if you signed up, go by and pick up a name sometime. I'm throwing a Christmas Party on Friday December 3 at my place. This party will be a designated time for people to trade presents with their secret santa, and then do a lot of drinking. I know it's the weekend before finals, but it's also the Friday before finals. so, everybody could stop by at least for a minute. especially since we are saying goodbye to some people. and I also know that just a week may not be enough time for everyone to get a present for their secret santa, but if you do have it, then you can trade it there. is that cool with everybody?

melissa and i worked hard (haha) on making t-shirts for everyone for the r_h field day (which was fakely planned) on labor day. but we want it to actually happen! so if you have any ideas or anything of that sort, tell someone or ya kno, whatever you do. My friend Sam wants to come up to Starkville and party with us before school starts. I think Jason has been talking with him about it, and Sam sounds like he wants to do it up big. So, is anyone interested in a big party at R_H to kick the school year off right?

If you have any input in any way, speak up. You know the music won't be lacking. ;-D

I'll be sure to throw in enough variety so everyone can enjoy it. Actually, I probably won't do much other than setup my external in a corner. Anyone can enqueue their favorite songs or bring their own music and we'll throw it in there somewhere. But if some major dancing breaks out, that goes out the window, capiche? Hehe. It should be a good time. No, an epic time. What do you guys think?

i've calculated out the shirts and sizes, according to the comments on the last post about this, and people who probably are going to get a shirt anyway. I also added some extras on there in case someone else not likely wanted to get one, or someone wanted an extra, etc.

I have 37 shirts.

The price will be a whopping. 5.00 a shirt!

AND it will cost no extra for the shirts to be all different colors. I think i'm going to go with making each size a different color. all dark colors, with white ink on them.

let me know other color preferences, and i'll make them, if i get replies in time.

youth m = hot pink
medium = green
