Seeing Craig on the 23rd Round Up!

Who is coming, what is your twitter, name?

Thinking we should meet up afterwords, someone had mentioned the Hudson Hotel, which is a bit of a walk from Carnegie Hall and might be a bit difficult to find for someone not from New York. Perhaps we should meet by the front entrance afterwords, then decide on a place to go at that point perhaps the Hudson Hotel?

Because I'm really sleepy, if you guys have any questions I'm going to throw this out to tresjolie9 to answer them, but after tomorrow, we are going to leave discussion posts on a free-for-all-type basis. As in, if a member knows there is something going on in late night that they want to discuss, they are free to put up a post. Just remember to tag it and call it a day. This loose structure will probably hold until Conan comes back at least, if not longer.

Sorry if I explained it poorly! I meant to do this sooner, but I fell asleep, and just woke up not too long ago!

Basically, with next week being mostly reruns for the late night hosts, and with the week after being a return to a schedule where it'd be impossible for me to promise that I can update this community every night, this is going to be the last week where I'll be posting the discussion post every night.

As for the future of these posts, we'll probably have a post detailing our vision about that in the coming days.

I just got home so I'm quickly writing up a taping for tonight's Late Late Show. It's full of spoilers but I won't spoil everything!

They've changed the ticketing company so it's completely different! For one thing there's now a giant flag for the show with a photo of Craig on the flag. It's the "audience line-up" flag and it's awesome! They have a street team now and I noticed the street team stays during the show. I might see if I can sign up to be a member of that street team ;)

Anyway. The audience coordinator talks to us and Chunky B comes out. Same jokes but they're always funny! They're selling the new LLS merchandise in the CBS store so I grabbed one of the new design shirts as well as a keychain.
We go upstairs. This is the first time I'm in the very back row. Chunky warmed us up with all the old jokes and some new jokes! I didn't see him at all because of where I was but thankfully I was able to see Craig just fine!

Here's a brief bit of tonight's show...

~Craig has absolutely nothing for the Cold Open. "I've got nothing," he says. So he launches into men's menstrual cycles xD
~The monologue has a bit of Justin Bieber. They're making a Bieber movie for next year? Seriously?! *headdesk* Anyway, he does a cute bit about Bieber. The other part of the monologue had to do with scientists and how they're always changing their minds. Triceratops, Pluto, etc. He mentioned footie pajamas which is really cute <3
~During the email segment he gets an tweet asking for him to show the "ooo"ing giraffe which he does. He then shows Andy Warhol and asks to see a picture of Angela Lansbury. Thing is, they actually show a picture of Angela Lansbury! This causes Craig to get disgruntled which caused so many laughs.
~The Jeffery Tambor interview was hilarious! They talked about his kids and Craig's wife being pregnant. Key parts of the interview had to do with older guys being new dads. Jeffery then talked about getting into trouble at the library. He says something (number 3) which causes Craig to lose it, he gets the case of the giggles. SO cute and so hilarious!
~There was a skit! I hope the skit airs tonight! It's a Murder She Wrote skit! Eeee!!!! They haven't had one of those in so long! Jefferey is in the skit with them and they break character so often, rofl!

Off the camera Craig was pretty chatty with us. He danced a little to the music that was playing and talked to the audience a bit. He also talked to Chunky, it was fun.

Oh! I got a free shirt! While they were setting up for the skit Chunky went to random people and said "first 10 seconds of so and so song." He came to me for Britney Spears and I did Ooops I Did It Again. He actually gave me the mike and told me to stand up! I slipped a bit but my friend helped and I got a big around of applause (sadly Craig was changing into his drag). So I got a free shirt! It's different than the shirt they sell in the store so yay!

That's the adventure of my 13th LLS taping :)
