Himitsu no Hanazono Episode 6
I realise it's probably a bit odd to be posting this after the (psuedo-)post on episode 7, but since I found this on the notepad document I use to save my blog entries before posting them (I do this so that if the comp crashes I'll still have a saved copy - had too many bad experiences in the past where I lost huge entries and never could be bothered to re-do them), I thought I might as well post it since it's a quick one and doesn't need to have much cleaning-up/adding to do. (Since I tend to start entries, get bored halfway and never touch them again so they never see the light of day. ^_^;;)
Basically, the four brothers' editor Tanaka-san asks them to attend a signing as Hanazono Yuriko, which of course they can't do since they want to keep their persona a secret. They discuss abit about their reasons for wanting to keep that secret, and Wataru says that he thinks their readers will be put off if they find out that Hanazono Yuriko's shoujo manga is actually written by a guy. (Or in this case, more like 4 guys) And Satoshi agrees, saying something along the lines of, "If I were a girl, I'd be totally disgusted if I found out that my manga was written by a guy like Osamu-nii!" Osamu's reaction?

The expression on his FACE! *dies laughing* Not to mention his reaction when Hinata agreed with Satoshi. God I love this guy. XD He's definitely my favourite out of the four brothers, especially since he's one of the better (if not best) actors in the show... and I absolutely love how even his kid version looks a lot like him - it's definitely all in the hair. XD (Osamu, you were so cute as a kid, what happened to you when you grew up? *laughs* But I still love you anyway) Though I must say the kids' acting made me cringe, especially kid!Satoshi... though I suppose I can't blame them since their too young to really know how to act well.
Someone please tell me why I keep blogging about this series. I don't think it's really all that great - as much as I enjoy it, I do recognise it has a lot of cliches and flaws *coughcoughgoodlookingguys?yeahright.cou ghcough*. But for some reason I just find it so entertaining... it must be the shoujo-manga-y premise that sucks me in. Especially since I'm a sucker for behind the scenes stories. :p Maybe I should do a mini-review of it in case people are interested in finding out what it's about... shall see how my laziness goes. :p
And since I'm clearing out said notepad document, might as well post some amusing links:
I love the first comment. XD
A very awesome T-shirt. Too bad I'll never have the guts to wear one. :p
A very talented guy playing the Air songs on piano and on violin.
A funny Hannukah video my friend sent me.
There's apparently a Rabucon PS2 game!? Man, I wish I could get my hands on this. The concept sounds very interesting... the timing your comments thingy reminds me of the entertaining Pirate duels in Monkey Island 3. XD
A Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohahoheto parody. What I love is the joke about the terrible terrible ear-bleeding English that the guy on the left has. XD (I can't remember his name)
