Launching a creative project, be it a painting, a dress design, or a book into the cold, hard world is like letting a piece of your heart fly off into the unknown. It makes you vulnerable.
After months and even years of work Life is Short but Wide is ready for release. I’m excited, I’m nervous, and I’m relieved. You might be asking, how can I read the book? I’m pleased to say that it’s available through a number of sources worldwide.
I love supporting local bookstores, and if you ask your local bookstore for the book, by name - Life is Short but Wide - and author - Lorrie Orr - they should be able to order it for you. However, the book is also available via a number of online sources, listed below:

I’m offering signed copies to people who live locally, or elsewhere in Canada. I will ship the book directly to you for an added cost (about $7.00 CDN), or we can arrange a place in Victoria, BC to hand it over personally. These copies will be available by the 1st of June.
