I like being back here again, I don't know how many other people do but I really do. I'd maybe have more to say about this but I have to ask, has anyone seen just a scrap piece of parchment, it's kind of old? I had it on the train with me but I didn't think we left anything behind in the compartment when we left. I mean, I didn't see anything on the floor or anything like that at all, but I'm missing this parchment and I'd really, really like it back. I already went to check with Filch and I looked through the lost property but there wasn't much in there and none of it resembled a scrap piece of parchment (it's a pretty big scrap, but there's nothing on it) so if anyone sees it or has seen it around, it's all folded up and creased, it's probably about the size of a small book? Could you let me know, please? Okay, that's all.

    <lj:music>Mum put an old record, I don't know which</lj:music>

Right, so my cousin Emma visited today. She was around because she had to visit her boyfriend and so, while we were having lunch, I told her about this project. She seemed very excited about it and wanted me to show her the computer. As soon as she read my entries, she put on her frown face and scolded me for some good eleven minutes. It wasn't at all like her! She usually just giggles a lot and swears about her acne.

Anyway, she removed my picture of me shouting and added this one with the awkward smile. She keeps saying it's not awkward but just look at it! It looks like I'm in the middle of a sentence! Seriously, taking pictures of people while they're talking is very rude, you have to respect the person speaking. Knowing myself, I would never add that picture. Nor I would without knowing myself.

I thought that was enough but I had Emma read it and she said I hadn't apologised yet. So, sorry that I wrote in here what you did with the Ravenclaw's brother, Brown. Sorry that I said Corner looked at the other Patil. Whichever it was. I'm sorry I said Longbottom's parents were in Mungo's partly because of the old Hogwarts caretakers (I did hear about that though! Children were locked inside coffins! It was tremendous!) and also, Headmaster Dumbledore probably doesn't have a pet unicorn.

Other than that, how was the knitting (sewing?) reunion? Hannah told me she had a splendid time! I hope it was all right for everyone else? How many of the other girls in this project attended?

I don't know what you heard or who told you or who the sod you think you are, but if something happened at that barbeque was clearly the sexual tension between Brown and the tall fellow. I'm not sure who it was, but I for one DIDN'T DO ANYTHING remotely close to spending HOURS inside who knows what room, to then come out with a huge smile. I heard somewhere in the party that the tall bloke was actually related to Goldstein but I really cannot be sure, since the source of information isn't really reliable.

I can also say that one Michael Corner and Parvati Patil share no affinity at all as a couple, in fact, I think I might've seen him glance at her sister more than once. And I wasn't even controlling him or anything! It was that obvious!

I'm not going to say anymore because it'd be inappropriate, much like the rumours about Hannah and me that you are all spreading. It might have happened! It might not! If you say anything about Hannah being ugly or sorry for anything again I will make sure you are out of this project! I can get to Dumbledore if I want! I know how because he gave me a special address to send him requests since I was so interested in my duty as a prefect. Unlike the rest of you.

NOW TALK ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE.

I also thought some people couldn't get any lower, yet they did. The sole fact that everyone here thought it was a good idea to write endless paragraphs about how their daily life was going repulses me to the point that I might actually owl this back to the Headmaster.

As much as I loathe being at home and not having anything remotely productive to do, I still find my own housemates' entries to be revealing and degrading. I am not one to give specific names, but there is a reason each and every one of you are in the house of Slytherin. Most of you owe your parents a considerable amount of respect at all times, and that is disrespected by attending social events conducted by mudbloods and posting pictures of men who are obviously not wizards.

I am exasperated and ashamed, as you all should feel.

Feel free to comment, I cannot stop you, but if you're not a Slytherin, don't expect a reply.

I have to say I did not, DID NOT spend the whole night trying to listen through the keyhole or even doing anything remotely close to paying attention to Susan Bones. None of it! And to my defence, Hannah wasn't talking to me and she's my BEST FRIEND. And my parents thought I was going to the party and that I was invited, if I came back early with the present and everything, they'd be pretty hacked off and you haven't seen them hacked off.

Also, come on, Corner, a Quaffle is a good present. It was a good quality Quaffle even! It's the new model for this year's League! Or last year's, I can't remember correctly but my neighbour Nicholas said it was good quality and he knows what he's talking about! So come off it, you didn't have to leave me outside the dor.

That's all I have to say and it should be enough for you to know that what happened after that was only necessary. And by the by, I did't even see you after a while. Smith didn't talk to me because he was busy talking to some Ravenclaw whose name I'm sure I have on my list, but I can't give the face a random name, can I? That is just not House Pride, all right, first Susan and Hannah then Smith I had to spend the night laughing at whatever it was Goldstein was trying to tell Turpin because his nose was not only big but a bit red, if you ask me. McDougal didn't really notice since she brought her obviously not a girl friend Patrick.

If you ask me, he acts a little like Fanny. Still can't prove me wrong, McDougal.

So then, when I left (and it was pretty late, if I might add) Hannah and Susan, none of you were at the room anymore.
My wishes and hopes for the group are as follows.

1.) I would like to understand how students who are not Slytherins have house pride.

2.) I would like to impress upon the unruly masses the values and beliefs of Slytherins that make us such exemplary students.

3.) I would like to see mixed-blood students pick up an appreciation for the traits and nuances of Purebloods that create a subtle but distinct chasm between cultures.

4.) I would like to form more cohesive bonds with fellow prefects, in order to create a more controlled, streamlined sense of order in the coming school year.

5.) I would like to glean information about other students's preferences and fears that might prove useful over the next two years, without having to spend a plethora of time around them in regular life.

6.) I would like to witness other students's interactions with one another to gain a better knowledge of their personalities and networking dynamics in the often nefarious social structures of Hogwarts.

I believe that is a conclusive overview, but I will be sure to share if anything else comes to mind.

Hi EVERYONE! I was thinking about this project today and I decided that I should really try harder to get things going! So I made a special charm for us all, just to remind us of what we're really aiming for here!

So whenever you're feeling down because things aren't going very well, or whenever you're frowning over a rude comment, just think about this charm and wipe that frown away! I hope you like it! The little beads in the corners are for each house - green for Slytherin, red for Gryffindor, blue for Ravenclaw and yellow for Hufflepuff! And I made some little people to go on as well, that's meant to be us! Except there's only seven of them, haha, I got bored, you can imagine the rest, okay!

Personally, I hope this all really helps everyone at Hogwarts come together and share in each other's fun! I know I've made lots of new friends already, and I think if everyone put in a bit more effort, this could really work!

If we're to be seeing a lot of each other this summer, then, there's some things you dullards ought to know.

I don't care if this project sinks, swims, or drowns a horrible death and bloats into a disfigured rotting corpse. I don't intend to make nice or pretend to be interested in things I couldn't care less about and frankly the fact that Dumbledore's trying to make us do this is insulting. I'm sure he's not even got the Ministry's permission to form a networked community and if the Ministry knew what he was up to, this festering little hole would be shut down straightaway. Anyway, I've not gotten a word back about whether this is mandatory but until I'm notified that it is, don't plan on being graced with my presence.

Oh, and - the next loser who flirts with Pansy Parkinson is DEAD.
