Menu for Week of Jan 14-20

Saturday – Steel-cut oatmeal with dried fruit and a side of scrambled eggs
                -  Fresh Thyme Goulash pack, if we aren't out running errands
                -  Crock Pot Thai Chicken (give me a good reason to go to Trader Joe’s)


Sunday   – Swedish Pancakes or Lemon Zephyr Pancakes and Sausage Links
          Late Lunch -   Quinoa Taco Bowls
         Early Supper – Toscana Sausage Soup and Cheese Rolls
Cheese rolls baked up Saturday with one of the bread recipes


Monday – Homemade Cheeseburger Helper with steamed broccoli


Tuesday – Honey BBQ Pulled Pork Burgers with Fries or Tots
Brian meeting Chris/Carma meeting Katie at Panera? 6:30PM


Wednesday – Crockpot Chicken and Noodles over (TJ’s?) Mashed Potatoes and Peas on the side
Gym? (Could use this version with frozen noodles if going to the house then the gym)

Thursday – One Pot Red Beans and Rice


Friday – Entrée Nachos

Also baking a whole wheat bread or a whole wheat oatmeal bread.  Perhaps making up a recipe for muffins.
