Description: Classic Film Exchange does what it says on the tin: it's fic exchange (1000 words min) for fandoms in movies released before 1/1/1980. This date doesn't mean that no "classic" films were released after January 1, 1980, that date merely serves as a useful cut-off to allow less frequently requested and written fandoms to get the attention they deserve!

The challenge is fic only and is open to films from any nation in any language, but the fic must be in English.

Description:
On the third weekend of each month, crowdfunding hosts a Creative Jam. The theme varies each month. For July 2026, the theme will be "Survival." Come leave us prompts, or claim some for your own inspiration! Creators typically send the prompter a backchannel copy of the work, and post a thumbnail description with price if it is for sale. All formats are welcome. While the community focuses on crowdfunding, people are free to use the prompts for fanworks if they wish -- and of course, some fandoms (like King Arthur or Frankenstein) predate copyright so those fanworks can be crowdfunded. Some creators use fanworks as free giveaways to reward prompters and attract readers.

Description:
The idea here is pretty simple. Using the prompts, you can write/create anything -- e.g. if your card contains "bear" then you can write a story about the wild animal, the stuffed animal, the act of putting up with something, the metaphor of "bear / bare necessities," or "bear hugs," and so on. All fandoms and original work, all sizes and formats are welcome. None of the prompts need to be taken literally. Prompt lists and public cards are posted in the community.

Choose one of the public cards, or make your own using the Bingo Card Generator (sizes 1x1 to 7x7 available). Feel free to create things in any medium, any style. There is also a Bingo and Achievements page for your inspiration.

Dates:
The main fest will run July 1-31. However, allbingo lets people play any card at any time. So if you don't finish yours inside of the month, you can post fills later.
