Reason for the nomination:
This file should have been held up as a file for discussion, rather than nominated for speedy deletion. I agree with @Minermatt122514: that the PD-FLGov tag is not valid for works by the Florida Department of Transportation. However, the logo might stiill be too simple to be eligible for copyright (see COMMONS:TOO US); I am not convinced the shape of Florida meets the "spark of creativity" threshold in that country. The file should probably use the PD-textlogo tag instead, in my opinion.
