Hey guys, just thought I'd point out (in case you'd not seen it already) that this week there's a fic-writing challenge running in honour of Barbossa Fan Day. The theme, of course, is Barbossa, and the closing date is next weekend (20th/21st August).

Writers ahoy!

Just to let you know, in case you've not seen it over at C-B already, we've got a discussion going in the Captain's Log about a new, regular, fic-writing thing.

Basically, every two weeks a new thread will be opened with a new theme, and everyone is invited to write a fic or other piece of writing, based around PotC and that theme.

Anyway, keep an eye out for it. Most challenges will be for fun, but some will have prizes on offer :-)
