The real estate industry has been bearing the brunt of this for the past few years. On the 11th of May 2020 our President Padam Dugar (RAW -Vice Chairman) and President Elect Sivagurunathan (RAW – Chairman) resolutely decided to nip this in the bud by gleaning and collating data from the most reliable, unbiased and authentic sources such as TNRERA. This marked the birth of RAW Chennai.
