kHz: Think of brass knuckles concealed in a velvet glove, and you're in the right ballpark. From the photo, you might expect kHz's frontwoman to be given to breathily sighed vocals, but you'd be mistaken. This band has a heavy mix of metal and industrial elements with a dash of gothic flavor, and they rock pretty hard. Be sure to check out some of the killer videos on their MySpace site, although they all tend to load at once, so you've got to pause a few of them and watch one at a time. I work at Toys R us and I want to say FUCK YOU to all the GODDAMN ppl who yell at me because I say "happy holidays' instead of Merry Christmas. It's nothing new to say happy holidays. Infact, it's been going on longer than ppl say merry christmas. It's a lot easier to say Happy Holidays instead of:Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah,Happy Kwanza, and a good Solstic. It's just common sense. I'm not going to wish one over the other. If someone says Merry Christmas then that's fine but don't fucking tell me not to say happy holidays. I'm not going to assume what religion (if any) you are. If you are so worried about putting the Christ back in Christmas (as the Baptists around here have been saying) then instead of dropping 400 bucks on your 1 child who is yelling at the other end of the store with the other parent why don't you donate part of that to your church, part of it to a cause worhtwhile (like cancer reserch) and part of it on something practical like a science kit instead of the over sexed Baby Bratz or an Xbox 360.

so i met a guy. he's a street kid. ok, not a kid. he's 22. he's fucking gorgeous witha gorgeous voice. obviously i knew nothing too serious would come of anything. the first day i met him, we fucked all night under the Bridge. it sounds dirty...but it wasn't. really. you'd have to be there to understand. the next morning i went home and lateedah. i see him the next day and we hang out drink etc. etc. nothing sexual. the next night i go back. we get drunk and then really raunchy in a backlane... anyway, i didnt see him for a while, since i was grounded. but i "escaped" the day before he left town. it was around 5 and i stopped to talk to him. he asked me to come back later on that night. so i do... he ignored me the whole evening. now, i wouldnt be so pissed had he not specifically asked me to come, and argued when i said maybe not. not only did he ignore me, but he spent the entire evening hitting on these two chicks that had their eyes on him for the whole time we were seeing each other. THEN he gave me a lecture on drug use. i was quite embarassed and pissed off. i didnt bother staying for the after-party sex. fuck men, not boys.

it is, of course, the middle of the night, because that's pretty much the only time i feel desperate enough to write.

I'm so tired lately, and it's not a sleep thing. I just have a whole load of shit being dumped on me all at once, and it's really taking its toll. I feel angry and ashamed and sad and it all weighs me down. I've become the dumping ground lately for everyone's undesirable shit. It's like, no one even realizes, I have my own problems too, and while I don't mean that people should avoid telling me things, they should try and cope on their own first.

I feel bad for even writing this, because I know in the past I was nothing but oh woe is me, so i feel like I've got no right to speak up. But I've done a lot of shit for people who don't necessarily deserve my help lately, and I'm fed up. I'm done being taken advantage of.

I haven't been so much sunshine rainbows and ponies myself for a while now, but i haven't dumped it on anyone, or used it as an excuse to do/not do something, and I want out. Its my party and I'll cry if I want to. I hate the way i feel, how I think, and how I look. I criticize myself almost to the point of tears more days than not, but I've never let it be known to my so called friends, because I've had to lick their wounds, because I'm too fucking nice to say step off motherfucker.

I'm not going out of my way for anyone anymore, you all don't fucking deserve it. I do everything in my power, even beyond the point of reason, to help you, and you refuse all I have to offer. And then you still have the fucking nerve to say I don't care, I do everything out of a sense of obligation, blah blah blah. shut the fuck up. Sometimes, I wish I hadn't even gone on this long, and said fine you bitch, if you want to fucking die, just do it, I'm tired of your shit. But we both know I'm too nice to say it, and you use me for it. god damn slut.
