Join us this season for Yoga Sessions in the Orchard at Bilston Creek Farm, where movement, mindfulness, and the beauty of nature come together. Nestled among the trees and surrounded by the peaceful rhythms of the farm, these outdoor classes offer an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the present moment.<\/p>\n

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Expect thoughtful movement, fresh air, and a welcoming community in one of the farm’s most serene settings.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Meet Your Instructor: Hannah Robertson<\/h3><\/span>
<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Hannah is a yoga and mobility teacher passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection with their bodies. Outside of teaching, she works as an online fitness and nutrition coach specializing in mindset and behaviour change, all rooted in her passion for empowering others to build self-trust and discover what they are capable of.<\/p>\n

When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her at the gym, behind the DJ decks, or perched in her favourite tree.<\/p>\n

Hannah’s classes are steady, grounded, and playful, blending intentional sequencing, mobility work, and thoughtfully curated playlists. She creates a supportive space where students can explore strength, build resilience, and soften into the present moment. Her approach encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and a sense of ease, making each class both accessible and empowering.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
