How My Pet Helped Me Through Anxiety When Nothing Else Seemed to Work I started struggling with anxiety a while ago, and even normal daily tasks began feeling exhausting. I tried different ways to manage it, but one thing that always helped was having my dog around. The routine of taking care of him, going for walks, and having that constant companionship gave me a sense of calm during stressful moments. He didn't remove my anxiety, but he helped me feel more stable. Later, I learned about ESA letters and decided to go through a proper evaluation with My ESA Therapist to understand if my pet could officially be part of my mental health support plan. The process helped me look at my situation more clearly, and I realized that emotional support is about more than just having a pet. It's about how that connection supports your overall well-being. Has anyone else experienced a similar connection with their pet during difficult times?

I wanted to people please my dr today. She wanted me to give a list of my exciting activities and I had none to give. I havn't been active for a while, because of negative emotions. I could've just told her that - next visit I will.

Im struggling with my sleep apnea which has been getting increasingly worse over the 2 years. I now make alot of noise and yell in my sleep and im having wild insane dreams of things just failing in my life or me not being able to make anything go right. I also dream about either A ghost or BEING a ghost and trying to go onto peoples bodies and take over their soul. Lot of crap if you ask me. Iv been treated for apnea in the past but couldn't tolerate the machine i was on at night so i ended up taking it back I know i need another sleep yest but idk if insurance will do it since i tryned a apnea machine in the past. I gotta do something for sure because im waking up feeling terrible like i did today. Im gonna see if my pvp can refet me back to the sleep center and try treatment again. O dont know what else to do. Oh and my psychiatrist has me on sleep meds that i take nightly.
