Before the fires
everyone is
alone
separated by
impassable fences
Wildfires charge in
homes torn
apart
trees aflame
barriers disintegrate
In the aftermath
helping hands
together
give hope
communities reborn

Thanks for joining in. Fires are devastating to woodland. We had several on the heath in my home town and some properties had to be evacuated.
Thank you. I hope the people who had to evacuate near you were okay. We had a wildfire uncomfortably close to us last week. Fortunately, the firefighters got it under control quickly. :)
Always so sad to see Siobhan and glad to hear you're safe 🙏 xxx
Thanks! I'm so thankful for the firefighters.
