At a difficult personal time, these parties were a beacon of light for me. What an incredible thing to have been part of no bouncers, no rules no one profiteering in particular. I absolutely loved it. I've never stopped talking about it. I had very warm and enjoyable interactions with some Spiral Tribe crew back in the day, I think perhapswith Marc himself. It's true I really had no idea the size of the wider picture that Spiral tribe were part of. I was sad tohear of the treatment that they had endured and some of the other partygoers. Grateful that I was spared this trauma. So very grateful to the jury for doing the right thing. Gives me faith in humanity. I'm clean and sober now for 25 years, still, upon reflection being part of this movement was one of the highlights of my life so far. The party,In terms of urban raves, what a trip the Round House party was. I remember hanging out in a room with some of the Spiral Tribe people. Just amazing. At 54 I am reconnecting with nature and striving to move away from my consumer habits. Listening to this book has bolstered me. Thank you, Marc and the Spiral tribe massive. YouLegends
Listening rather than reading!!!

I know reading has been a part of society for many centuries which there is nothing wrong with it and if enjoy reading them please continue to do so, for me personally I really get an understanding when I have a lecturer standing in front of me and reading out to me or telling me what I need to do. Since joining audible over 3 years ago I have a collection of over 340 titles that I have bought in my library I would certainly need a big bookshelf for all those titles. Apart from having to purchase titles you get access to a huge library just by being a member plus you get a single token to be able to buy a title that is not available in library. Audible has changed how I look at books from hating reading books to now someone loves listening to books. The great thing with Audible books is that you always have them on you on multiple devices at any given time which you can never do when having physical book. You can listen to books when you are driving, going out for a walk, walking the dog, going for a run, doing physical exercise, just so many ways of being a book worm without having access to physical books. It is a life changer for me and I love listening to books on audible just like many others, even if you enjoying reading physical books you should also get audible will give you many more ways in listening to books while just getting on with daily life. With Audible you cannot have the excuse you do not have time you can listen when you doing your daily commute/drive. Give it a go you will not be disappointed, plus gaining knowledge can only make your life better, knowledge makes you see life from a different perspective!!!

For a service that costs everyone at least £90 a year, Audible should feel embarrassed with the quality of their app experience.Despite many of the books being well read- especially classics for children-the entire platform seems like it’s stuck in the 1990’s. Essentially it is a very basic media player but even basic functionality doesn’t work very well. The app is extremely slow to open. Then it makes you wait for it to stream an advert before you can even play your book. This happens every single time you pause the book even if just for a minute making it really frustrating. As others have noted, basic functionality like chapter names still don’t exist on the app, and even the chapter numbers rarely link to the book! Most of the time the old “this is an audible book” intro (which sounds so dated and compressed) becomes chapter one - throwing all book chapters off.. so you go to what audible says is chapter four and the reader of the book says “chapter three…” It’s a shame that the app experience gets in the way of just enjoying the stories that you paid for. I expect better from a mega-successful app from a huge company that costs everyone hundreds of pounds over time. It seems all the focus is on pushing you to buy more content rather than being able to navigate, play and enjoy what you have already paid for.
