Miracles Through Mayhem

Miracles Through Mayhem is a peer-led support and resource platform for people navigating grief, caregiving, trauma, addiction impacts, burnout, and emotional overwhelm — especially those who feel isolated, unseen, or shut out of traditional systems.

Here, the focus is on humane language, reflection, and carefully curated resources that help people recognize themselves again, even when energy, money, or options are limited.

This is not therapy or crisis care.

It is a grounded third space — between isolation and formal support.

What This Space Offers

Miracles Through Mayhem currently offers four core things:

  • Language — words that name lived experiences and reduce shame
  • Resources — curated books, tools, and low-overwhelm materials
  • Community — slow, structured peer connection
  • Perspective — system-aware framing for complex life seasons
Support here is intentional, bounded, and designed to be sustainable — for both participants and facilitators.

Who This Is For

This space may resonate if you are:

– Living with grief, loss, or unresolved mourning
– Caring for others while neglecting yourself
– Impacted by trauma, burnout, or emotional overload
– Supporting or loving someone with addiction challenges
– Neurodivergent, sensitive, or easily overwhelmed
– Seeking understanding without pressure to “fix” yourself

You do not need to be ready for transformation.
You only need to be looking for steadier ground.

About The Founder

Michelle is the founder of Miracles Through Mayhem. She is a Peer Support Facilitator & Lived-Experience Mentor.

Her work is shaped by lived experience with grief, caregiving, trauma, emotional invalidation, and burnout — and by a commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen without being analyzed, treated, or managed.

Michelle is not a therapist or clinician and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention. Her role is to build containers: clear language, ethical boundaries, reflective spaces, and accessible resources that reduce isolation and restore dignity during hard seasons of life.

Alongside the main platform, Care for Cher serves as a legacy and grief-focused branch centered on remembrance, storytelling, and community awareness.

Abstract shapes, blended colours, soft gradients or vibrant contrasts that don’t ask for meaning right away. It…
