Three clusters of specialties were determined. The largest third cluster of specialties is related to information technologies and entrepreneurship. Most students of the cluster preferred rather economical courses than humanitarian ones.

The article deals with the problem of youth socio-cultural communication in the information era. ... more The article deals with the problem of youth socio-cultural communication in the information era. In the article the modern vectors of development of sociocultural communication conditioned by the current postmodern society were analyzed. The main challenges f information society such as domination of technical component in human life, the phenomena of cultural globalization and unification as a threat to the uniqueness of national cultures were characterized. The effective approaches and strategies, which enable active character of sociocultural communication of individual in present conditions, were researched. The necessity of assuring the active character of sociocultural communication through the implementation of dialog strategies, promoting integration, social consolidation of community was underlined. The importance of creating a sustainable motivation of the individual to effective cross-cultural communication on the basis of values was indicated.

Determined that effective management of this fund require systematic analysis based on its defined criteria. Effective technology of library collection is a series of sequential processes aimed at converting a large number of randomly placed in an ordered set of documents and further the preservation and operation of this set. The article deals with normative , legal and document regulations of the fair trade on the Right-... more The article deals with normative , legal and document regulations of the fair trade on the Right-Bank Ukraine in the second half of the 19th – early 20th centuries. The public authorities' documents that regulated trade in cities, towns and villages of the Kyiv, Podil and Volhynia provinces have been revealed. Identified are the types of documents, peculiarities of their composition, record cards formation, and the structures of the main requisites. Determined is the procedure of fairs opening, the dates and places the fairs were held. Displayed are the authorities entitled to perform all these operations.
