BERJAYA

Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.

History is littered with hundreds of conflicts over the future of a community, group, location or business that were "resolved" when one of the parties stepped ahead and destroyed what was there. With the original point of contention destroyed, the debates would fall to the wayside. Archive Team believes that by duplicated condemned data, the conversation and debate can continue, as well as the richness and insight gained by keeping the materials. Our projects have ranged in size from a single volunteer downloading the data to a small-but-critical site, to over 100 volunteers stepping forward to acquire terabytes of user-created data to save for future generations.

The main site for Archive Team is at archiveteam.org and contains up to the date information on various projects, manifestos, plans and walkthroughs.

This collection contains the output of many Archive Team projects, both ongoing and completed. Thanks to the generous providing of disk space by the Internet Archive, multi-terabyte datasets can be made available, as well as in use by the Wayback Machine, providing a path back to lost websites and work.

Our collection has grown to the point of having sub-collections for the type of data we acquire. If you are seeking to browse the contents of these collections, the Wayback Machine is the best first stop. Otherwise, you are free to dig into the stacks to see what you may find.

The Archive Team Panic Downloads are full pulldowns of currently extant websites, meant to serve as emergency backups for needed sites that are in danger of closing, or which will be missed dearly if suddenly lost due to hard drive crashes or server failures.

A total of 33,355 Koreans five years of age or more participated in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2008-2012. All participants underwent non-cycloplegic autorefraction and were divided into three age groups (children and adolescents; young adults; adults). Myopia prevalence and risk factors were evaluated. The prevalence of myopia was significantly higher in the taller quintiles of children and adolescents; however, not in young adults or adults in multivariate regression analyses. Higher household income was significantly associated with myopia only in children and adolescents, whereas urban residence and higher education were significantly associated with myopia in young adults and adult-aged subjects. The Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) is a national program design... more The Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES) is a national program designed to assess the health and nutritional status of the noninstitutionalized population of South Korea. The KNHANES was initiated in 1998 and has been conducted annually since 2007. Starting in the latter half of 2008, ophthalmologic examinations were included in the survey in order to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of common eye diseases such as visual impairment, refractive errors, strabismus, blepharoptosis, cataract, pterygium, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, dry eye disease, and color vision deficiency. The measurements included in the ophthalmic questionnaire and examination methods were modified in the KNHANES IV, V, and VI. In this article, we provide detailed information about the methodology of the ophthalmic examinations in KNHANES in order to aid in further investigations related to major eye diseases in South Korea.

In this study, the effect of holmium:YAG laser on inducing astigmatism according to application patterns was evaluated. An experimental study based on the results of astigmatic holmium:YAG laser thermokeratoplasty using the Summit OmniMed laser system (Summit Technology Inc, Waltham, Mass) in 36 rabbit eyes is presented. We divided the rabbits into four groups: arcuate, reverse arcuate, linear, and control group according to application patterns. All rabbits were followed for 3 months and cycloplegic refractive measurements were carried out. The average surgically induced astigmatism was 1.86 diopters (D) for the arcuate group, 2.93 D for the reverse arcuate group, and 1.31 D for the linear group. We obtained data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, a nation-wide cross-sectional survey and examinations of the non-institutionalized civilian population in South Korea (n = 14,606), conducted from July 2008 to December 2009. Field survey teams included an ophthalmologist, nurses, and interviewers, traveled with a mobile examination unit and performed interviews and ophthalmologic examinations. The prevalence of visual impairment, myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism in participants over 5 years of age was 0.4 ± 0.1%, 53.7 ± 0.6%, 10.7 ± 0.4%, and 58.0 ± 0.6%, respectively. This cross-sectional, population-based study examined the ophthalmologic data of 22,135 Koreans aged ≥5 years from the fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES V, 2010-2012). According to the World Health Organization criteria, blindness was defined as visual acuity (VA) less than 20/400 in the better-seeing eye, and low vision as VA of 20/60 or worse but 20/400 or better in the better-seeing eye. The prevalence rates were calculated from either presenting VA (PVA) or best-corrected VA (BCVA). Multivariate regression analysis was conducted for adults aged ≥20 years. The overall prevalence rates of PVA-defined low vision and blindness were 4.98% and 0.26%, respectively, and those of BCVA-defined low vision and blindness were 0.46% and 0.05%, respectively. However, CAD is a highly dynamic process with rapid changes over time. Aim of this study was to assess the short-term morphologic changes in patients with proven CAD by MRI within 2 weeks after the initial diagnosis using a multicontrast high-resolution noninvasive vessel wall imaging approach at 3.0 T. Eighty-two patients with clinically suspected CAD were examined using a 3.0 T system (Gyroscan Intera, Philips). Imaging protocol consisted of 3-dimensional inflow MRA (repetition time [TR]/echo time [TE]/flip angle [FA] = 25 milliseconds/3.1 milliseconds/16 degrees, reconstructed voxel size 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.8 mm), black blood T1w 3-dimensional spoiled gradient echo (TR/TE/FA = 31 milliseconds/7.7 milliseconds/15 degrees, 0.3 x 0.3 x 1.0 mm), and fat suppressed T2w turbo spin echo (TSE) (TR/TE/echo train length = 3 heart beats/44 milliseconds/7, 0.3 x 0.3 x 2 mm). Three observers in consensus performed image analysis. Images were assessed with regard to presence and size of intramural hematoma, degree of stenosis, presence of intraluminal thrombus, development of pseudoaneurysm, and incidence of additional dissections. In 29 patients (35%) a dissection had initially been proven by direct visualization of an intramural hematoma. Twenty-one patients (72%; 7 male, 14 female; mean age 41.5 years) were available for follow-up studies leading to a total of 24 diseased cervical arteries being reevaluated 2 weeks later for prospective follow-up. Mean interval between initial study and follow-up was 14.2 days (range 7-30 days). Eighteen patients had presented with an acute CAD in 1 artery, 3 patients with an acute CAD in 2 arteries. At follow-up, degree of stenosis had increased in 2 arteries, remained unchanged in 13, and decreased in 5 arteries. Four initially occluded arteries were recanalized at follow-up. In 3 arteries a pseudoaneurysm had been visible in the initial study and remained unchanged at follow-up; in 1 artery a new pseudoaneurysm was observed. In 3 arteries, new dissections were identified during follow-up. High-resolution MRI of acute CAD at 3.0 T permits a refined cross-sectional and longitudinal analysis of the morphologic features of CAD. The increased signal-to-noise ratio at 3.0 T allows for a high spatial resolution permitting detailed analysis of the diseased vessel segment. An unequivocal distinction between intramural hematoma and thrombus was possible. Information could be gained with regard to recanalization, degree of stenosis, formation of pseudoaneurysm, and appearance of new dissections making short-term follow-up in pts with acute CAD recommendable. Further studies are needed to assess the relationship between short-term results and definite outcome.
