In 1948, when its State was founded, the Jewish bourgeoisie conquered, by terror (and support of the USA), a large part of the region. Six Arabian countries counterattacked with their regular armies, recognizing actually by a war’s act the existence of an enemy State. Moreover the USSR had already recognized Israel and only at the beginning of the 50s it broke up the diplomatic relations with the Jewish state; while UNO already in 1947 recommended the "building" of two separate nations by sharing the region. But just one nation was there, the other didn’t exist yet and it was impossible to "create" it; actually, if the unity of the Jewish bourgeois community had millenary reasons, the tribal Arabian separatism had reasons as ancient as the first. The Washington’s imperialists were able to prize the Jewish unity; the Moscow’s imperialists didn’t avoid the Arabian separatism. The first one are still operative, more than ever murderous, while until now the second one have no influence upon the region (moreover some of their ex-allies moved to the enemy side). In the meantime, the war provoked the expulsion of 900,000 Palestinians and the annexation of the 80% of the region designated as Palestinian territory (under the British Mandate) by Jordan. This is the premise to analyze any other subsequent event in that area, but unfortunately the general habit is to adopt the point of view of either of the two imperialist countries, which, half century ago, confronted their strength in Middle East.

It is obvious to us that the election results have been suitably "precooked" in the occupier's "kitchen", as they seem to be perfect for a future coalition government. Besides, all means are useful to win a war: from rigging elections to firing on journalists and even on allies. Whether one likes it or not, there has never been a war without deceptions and victims. So, we let moralists shout their indignation and try to consider the facts prospectively.

Despite all this, Americans' consumptions have on average increased. How can that be?

It’s not only a conjectural war because it is already happening as a close continuation of the two world wars. After all it’s the completion of gathering together a huge and destroying strength in an ultimate centre of domination and defence of the current class-regime. Such processes may develop even without an open war between the USA and Russia, if the latter’s vassallage could be secured by bringing the former’s prevaling economic forces to bear on it, instead of with military means. However, the fact is that the bullyings of the European aggressors in history, who scrambled for a province or town within cannon-shot, are laughable in the face of the brazenness of those debating publicly – and it’s easy to deduce what kind of plans should be the secret ones – if the safety of New York and San Francisco is best defended on the Rhine or on the Indus, on the Alps or on the Himalaya. The United States conquerors’ vital space is a belt running around the world (See "Aggressione all’Europa" [Aggression upon Europe] Prometeo 1949).

The terrorist attack showing how vulnerable the imperialist giant is, is supposed to be asymmetric; big "Amerika" 's war action against all "oppressed Islamic people" is in turn supposed to be asymmetric. In our opinion, there is a real asymmetry between the powers of the United States and their European and Japanese competitors and the emerging bourgeoisie's in the rest of the world, Islamic and non-Islamic.

It’s not only a conjectural war because it is already happening as a close continuation of the two world wars. After all it’s the completion of gathering together a huge and destroying strength in an ultimate centre of domination and defence of the current class-regime. Such processes may develop even without an open war between the USA and Russia, if the latter’s vassallage could be secured by bringing the former’s prevaling economic forces to bear on it, instead of with military means. However, the fact is that the bullyings of the European aggressors in history, who scrambled for a province or town within cannon-shot, are laughable in the face of the brazenness of those debating publicly – and it’s easy to deduce what kind of plans should be the secret ones – if the safety of New York and San Francisco is best defended on the Rhine or on the Indus, on the Alps or on the Himalaya. Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, rainstorms, epidemics... The effects are indisputably felt especially by poorer people and those living at high densities, and if cataclysms that are frequently much more terrifying strike all corners of the world, not always do such unfavourable social conditions coincide with geographical and geological ones. But every people and every country holds its own delights: typhoons, drought, tidal waves, famine, heatwaves and frosts, all unknown to us in the "garden of Europe"; and when one opens the newspaper, one inevitably finds more than one item, from the Philippines to the Andes, from the Polar Ice Cap to the African Desert.
Our capitalism, as has been said a hundred times over, is quantitatively small fry, but today it is in the vanguard, in a "qualitative" sense, of bourgeois civilization, of which it offers the greatest precursors from amidst the Renaissance splendor, in masterfully developing the economy based on disasters.

The machine will be precious tomorrow in a non-mercantile mode of production and its appearance has been equally precious in fact for the revolutionary antagonisms which it created between capital and the proletariat.

Marxism is a theory of human action, a theory of the production of consciousness. So it is also a reflection on this action, on this praxis, so it is consciousness of this action. It is thus produced consciousness.

Noi abbiamo la convinzione – poco originale, certamente – di affondare le radici nel comunismo di Marx, ma forse ci distinguiamo meglio annotando che vogliamo risalire a molto più lontano, al comunismo originario della preistoria e della protostoria, che colleghiamo a quello futuro attraverso il ponte intermedio rappresentato dalle società di classe. Questo c'è scritto in tesi che fanno parte della gran quantità di materiale prodotto dall'umanità (non solo da qualche individuo speciale) e che noi poniamo a fondamento del "lavoro politico" insieme e non disgiunto da quello di Marx, Engels, Lenin, e tanti altri rivoluzionari. Ricordiamo soltanto che la nostra teoria dello sciupìo capitalistico non è un rigurgito di moralismo contro i capitalisti che s'ingozzano di plusvalore "rubato" ai proletari, ma una teoria della fisica dissipazione dovuta ad un sistema che cresce a ritmi e a rendimenti sempre più bassi. Una volta eliminata la dissipazione dovuta al capitalismo, la forza produttiva sociale esploderà verso utilizzi più razionali rispetto ai bisogni umani; eliminata la proprietà, non ci sarà ormai bisogno di Stato per indirizzare le energie (non più "valore") in ogni direzione a salvaguardare nel miglior modo la riproduzione della specie nel suo ambiente. La società di transizione sarà abbastanza matura da adoperare lo Stato solo per eliminare in fretta le ragioni materiali della sua stessa esistenza, cioè per far estinguere le classi. Non per divinizzarlo insieme con la Patria Socialista, come successe in ambito di rivoluzione arretrata.

La fantascienza dimostra che i parti della mente sono irrimediabilmente al disotto di una realtà possibile. La nostra mente, prigioniera di categorie di valore legate al modo di essere di una società che sul valore è fondata, non ci permette descrizioni di quella futura se non attraverso la negazione delle categorie presenti. Ciò è già moltissimo e anche la fase di transizione sarà più radicale di quanto si possa immaginare. Essa non è ancora comunismo, ma la possibilità di applicare un programma immediato come quello descritto ne fa un passaggio durante il quale il partito rivoluzionario potrà raccogliere le forze della società intera e indirizzarle verso la demolizione definitiva delle vecchie forme.
La rivoluzione dunque non è un fatto di costruzione ma un fatto di liberazione.
Non ci sarà nulla da costruire, e da edificare, come divenne normale dire durante la controrivoluzione staliniana, ma ci sarà da demolire, da togliere, da liberare, in modo da lasciare che le potenzialità finora nascoste della nuova forma possano esprimere tutta la loro vitalità. Saranno l'espansione ulteriore del lavoro sociale e l'eliminazione delle catene poste dal modo di produzione a "costruire" la struttura sociale di domani, e il provvisorio legislatore del provvisorio Stato non dovrà far altro che studiare la dinamica della nuova forma, conoscerne le leggi di sviluppo e assecondarne le finalità.

sistema non ci possono essere soluzioni né organiche né aperte, nonostante l'auspicio di Popper e del suo allievo Soros. Non solo perché il sistema è definitivamente sviluppato e ha raggiunto i limiti del globo terracqueo, diventando un sistema chiuso, ma soprattutto perché ha bisogno di accumulare e perciò aborre l'equilibrio. Anche se stessimo ad ascoltare i cultori delle balle spaziali per renderlo nuovamente aperto cercando spazio vitale su altri pianeti, il bilancio energetico per abbandonare la Terra o addiritturail sistema solare non può che essere negativo: ci vorrebbe più energia di quanta se ne ricaverebbe da qualsiasi risorsa che si andasse a cercare così lontano. Ogni fantascientifica evasione spaziale è negata.

Per capire tutto ciò e il fatto che il suo sviluppo è ostacolato dal modo di produzione capitalistico, occorre un orizzonte un po' più vasto della mentalità da diritto fondiario prussiano (Friedric Engels, Antidühring).

La vita avrà tutti i vantaggi e le agiatezze delle grandi città, senza averne i danni. La popolazione abiterà case più sane e più belle. Anche in questo caso, come in tutti gli altri, il mondo borghese apparecchia il terreno all'ormai matura trasformazione, perché la costruzione di industrie nelle campagne si fa di anno in anno sempre più frequente (August Bebel, La donna e il socialismo).

Una società in grado di dominare con un piano razionale l'anarchia insita nel mercato lo potrà fare. E attenzione: "dominare" per noi significa soprattutto "conoscere", in questo senso diciamo che l'uomo può dominare la natura. La centralizzazione che sarà manifesta nel piano, sarà tanto più efficiente quanto più sarà in grado di progettare delle regole per evitare il controllo centrale. Vale a dire che una società organica non avrà caporali addetti alla direzione del traffico o all'osservanza degli ordini dall'alto, saremmo daccapo. Una società organica funziona armonicamente secondo programma come un organismo che vive, si riproduce ed evolve secondo il suo programma genetico, un organismo che per funzionare non ha bisogno, al suo interno, di altri organismi speciali "superiori". Il piano centrale per le comunicazioni e per il traffico sarà tanto più efficiente quanto più sarà in grado non tanto di "governare" il sistema quanto di imporre al sistema sempre più alte e armoniche capacità di auto-organizzazione. E questo vale per tutto, non solo per l'argomento specifico che qui abbiamo affrontato.

La simbiosi fra macchina e organo biologico è un fatto. Ma è parte della natura, non viene dal cielo dei metafisici. Questa simbiosi ancora grossolana sta cambiando il mondo sotto al nostro naso senza sollevare eccessiva attenzione da parte di coloro che dovrebbero già avere un piede nella società futura. �? che non siamo abituati a questi tempi ristrettissimi. Di fatto, però, tutta la società si sta adeguando. La produzione di macchine che simulano il pensiero produce a sua volta degli effetti a cascata. Tutto ciò ha a che fare con il capitale (sia il modo di produzione che il libro di Marx) e con l'erosione delle basi su cui si fonda la legge del valore-lavoro:

"Il furto del tempo di lavoro altrui, su cui poggia la ricchezza odierna, si presenta come una base miserabile rispetto a una nuova base che si è sviluppata nel frattempo e che è stata creata dalla grande industria stessa. Grazie alla scienza e alla tecnica che hanno reso possibile il sistema della grande industria, e perciò il distacco dell'uomo dalla legge che impone la suddivisione della giornata lavorativa in lavoro necessario e pluslavoro, possiamo oggi vedere nella condizione materiale in cui si trova la società l'anticipazione di un futuro non-miserabile, liberatorio, in cui cessa il lavoro dis-umano, sostituito da un'attività umana:

"Con [l'avvento del macchinismo] la produzione basata sul valore di scambio crolla, e il processo di produzione materiale immediato viene a perdere anche la forma della miseria e dell’antagonismo. La vera separazione fra preistoria e storia non va collocata al confine tra l'età della caccia-raccolta e l'età dell'agricoltura, come c'insegna la periodizzazione scolastica, ma al confine tra il capitalismo morente e il comunismo.

In linea di dottrina abbiamo contestato a fondo che un'economia caratterizzata da quelle leggi possa tuttavia essere definita socialismo anche dello stadio inferiore, e contestato non meno che a tale fine possano essere invocati i testi fondamentali di Marx e di Engels, ove a chiare note si leggono - ma non certo con la banale scorrevolezza di un romanzo a fumetti - i caratteri economici propri del capitalismo, quelli propri del socialismo, e i fenomeni che consentono di verificare il passaggio economico dal primo al secondo.

In linea di fatto si è potuto pervenire ad una serie di stabili conclusioni. Sul mercato interno russo vige la legge del valore; adunque: a) i prodotti hanno carattere di merci; b) esiste il mercato; c) lo scambio avviene tra equivalenti come vuole la legge del valore, e gli equivalenti sono espressi in denaro.

La grande massa delle aziende della campagna lavora solo in vista della produzione di merci, ed in parte con una forma di attribuzione dei prodotti alla persona del lavoratore parcellare (che in altro tempo di lavoro funziona come produttore collettivo, associato nel colcos), la quale forma è ancora più lontana dal socialismo, ed in certo senso precapitalistica e premercantile.

Questi i due perni del sistema borghese: anarchia sociale e dispotismo aziendale. Vediamo ancora in Stalin un conato di lotta contro la prima; sul secondo egli tace.

Nulla nella Russia di oggi muove nella direzione di queste conquiste, sia di quelle rievocate oggi, sia di quelle lasciate nell'ombra.

Se una barriera, insormontabile oggi e domani, rotta solo al fine di fare l'uno contro l'altro il reciproco mercantile affare, si pone tra la fabbrica di Stato e il colcos, che cosa avvicinerà città e campagna, che cosa diminuirà la divisione sociale tra operaio e contadino, che cosa potrà liberare il primo dalla necessità di vendere troppe ore per poco denaro e poco cibo, e gli consentirà quindi di contendere alla tradizione capitalistica il monopolio della scienza e della cultura?

Non solo non siamo nella fase del primo socialismo, ma nemmeno in un completo capitalismo di Stato, ossia in un'economia in cui, pure tutti i prodotti essendo merci e circolando contro denaro, ogni prodotto sia a disposizione dello Stato, al punto che dal centro questo possa fissare tutti i rapporti di equivalenza ivi compreso quello della forza di lavoro. Anche un simile Stato non è economicamente e politicamente controllabile e conquistabile dalla classe operaia, e funziona al servizio del Capitale reso anonimo e sotterraneo. Comunque da questo sistema è lontana la Russia, e vi abbiamo solo un Industrialismo di Stato. Tale sistema, sorto dopo la rivoluzione antifeudale, è valido a sviluppare e diffondere industria e capitalismo con ritmo ardente, con investimenti di Stato in opere pubbliche anche colossali, e ad accelerare una trasformazione in senso borghese dell'economia e del diritto agrario

Il primo è il paragrafo 4 del cap. I: "Il carattere feticcio della merce e il suo segreto" da cui fu tratta la tesi centrale: "Il socialismo è la abolizione del mercantilismo".

Il secondo è il paragrafo 4 del cap. XII: "Divisione del lavoro nell'azienda e nella società" e ne fu dedotta l'altra tesi vitale: "Il socialismo è l'abolizione della divisione del lavoro sociale e aziendale", ossia dell'anarchia della produzione, delle specializzazioni professionali, dell'opposizione di città e campagna, del dispotismo di fabbrica sul produttore e della autonomia delle imprese di produzione.

Il "non voler vivere alla vecchia maniera" delle masse, la volontà di lottare, l'impulso ad agire contro il nemico di classe, presuppongono, nell'ambito dell'avanguardia proletaria chiamata a svolgere la funzione di guida delle masse rivoluzionarie la cristallizzazione di una salda teoria rivoluzionaria. Nel partito la coscienza precede l'azione, contrariamente a quanto accade nelle masse e negli individui.

Non diremo quindi che vi è una filosofia marxista, ma nemmeno diremo che il marxismo non è una filosofia o che il marxismo non ha una filosofia: ciò darebbe luogo ad un equivoco e ad un pericolo gravissimo: quello di credere che il marxismo si ponga su un terreno "estraneo" a quello che i filosofi hanno da millenni ipotecato. E se ne potrebbe con deviazione grave dedurre che il militante marxista resti libero, accettate alcune direttive di azione politica e sociale, e " confessate " alcune teorie economiche e storiche, di dichiararsi per una delle tante filosofie: realismo o idealismo, materialismo o spiritualismo, monismo o dualismo, o come volete.

Ora il marxismo esclude tutte le filosofie storicamente note in un modo diverso da quello con cui ogni filosofia condanna le restanti, e quindi almeno distruttivamente ha una posizione caratteristica in materia di filosofia.

Un non dimenticato esempio di tale posizione molti di noi lo ricordano nella dichiarazione di Gramsci al Congresso di Lione del 1926: benché si trattasse di tattica di partito, nel vasto dibattito egli fu condotto a dire: dò atto alla sinistra di avere finalmente acquisita e condivisa la sua tesi che l’aderire al comunismo marxista non importa solo aderire ad una dottrina economica e storica e ad una azione politica, ma comporta una visione ben definita, e distinta da tutte le altre, dell’intero sistema dell’universo anche materiale.

Sebbene i problemi tradizionali vi siano posti ancora più radicalmente, non ha diversa portata, in una storia della scienza, la dottrina, più ardua come apparato matematico, assai meno adatta a formulazioni in "chiaccherata", della relatività generale.

Egli in questo è relativista come lo è il pensiero classico moderno antiteologico: spezzare vecchi assoluti troppo angusti per costruire nuovi e più validi veri assoluti. Ma non sono più assoluti da cui si parte come da una condanna premessa ad ogni conquista, sono assoluti che si guadagnano, cui si giunge, per cui si passa. La dottrina della rendita è indispensabile per giungere alla condanna senza attenuanti dei postulati, di falso socialismo, consistenti nell'utopia che la miseria sociale vada eliminata attraverso una purificazione della equazione di scambio, dalla quale debba espellersi lo "sfruttamento", la famigerata "exploitation", riducendo a zero il termine del plusvalore; togliendo la frode dal rapporto lavoro-merce-lavoro-moneta; lasciando vivere le forme, su cui gravita la condanna del lavoro; ossia la forma-merce e la forma-moneta, dunque la forma-salario.

Non vi è altra via e soprattutto non vi è più rapida via, per sciogliere il problema storico della nostra epoca: la Russia è capitalismo non socialismo.

Non solo l'assimilazione della geniale ricerca marxista sulla rendita agraria rende chiari i continui fendenti che nelle opere di Marx colpiscono il fantasma dell'equilibrio, della proporzionalità mercantile, ma rende incontrovertibile l'altro caposaldo per cui da sempre lottiamo: la struttura essenziale e irrevisionabile del marxismo esiste integra e conforme dai primi testi come la Miseria della Filosofia del 1847, agli ultimi e postumi a Marx.

Il capitalismo si definisce anche dall'introduzione del carattere mercantile per i prodotti della terra e la terra stessa - e ciò anche quando il prodotto agrario resti al lavoratore, come nella piccola coltura contadina. In linea molto generale si può dire che manifattura senza mercato e senza moneta non è mai esistita storicamente, anche prima che il lavoro dell'artefice parcellare cedesse il luogo alla grande lavorazione. Per lo meno il baratto deve esistere, ove un uomo vive con la sola attività di produrre, poniamo, sempre zappe o sempre scarpe: dovrà scambiare queste con i suoi alimenti.

La scuola capitalista classica dichiarerà fonte di ogni ricchezza il lavoro.

E' noto e indiscutibile che il marxismo si pone dalla parte dei secondi: ed infatti la teoria di Marx ci condurrà al risultato che la rendita fondiaria non è un dono della natura al proprietario, connesso alla sua occupazione di un quantum del suolo, ma soltanto una frazione del plusvalore, ossia il lavoro reso dagli agricoli ma non pagato con la loro remunerazione in denaro, o salario.

Ma qui va chiarito il solito equivoco sulla portata della teoria del valore. Essa non è una fredda spiegazione dell'economia moderna, ma una dimostrazione della sua insostenibilità storica, della sua impossibilità di raggiungere un "regime di stabile equilibrio". Essa è la dimostrazione della necessità dell'avvento del comunismo, ma non una descrizione dell'economia comunista, se non per dialettico effetto; non già nel senso che tolto il plusvalore e lasciato il valore la nostra richiesta sarà riempita. Nell'economia degli uomini a lavoro associato non vi sono più valori e non vi sono ricchezze; e perde senso il poggiarne l'origine sulla natura o sull'umano sforzo.

Se un campo, senza essere arato e senza altre operazioni, ciclicamente producesse pane, come il famoso albero tropicale, ecco che avremmo una rendita della natura. Ma Lenin nel maltrattare Bulgakov si arrabbia contro queste favole, che sono alla base del famoso teorema di produttività decrescente. Non si è mai mangiato senza che si fosse lavorato:

"Che l'uomo primitivo ottenesse il necessario come libero dono della natura è una favola sciocca (...). Nel passato non è mai esistita nessuna età dell'oro, e l'uomo primitivo era completamente schiacciato dalle difficoltà dell'esistenza, dalle difficoltà della lotta con la natura".

Si elle a commis une faute, ce fut d'hésiter à briser certaines institutions du régime bourgeois et de ne pas employer une force et une autorité suffisantes pour écraser les minorités survivantes de la vieille classe dominante. Les révolutionnaires parisiens partirent à la conquête de l'Hôtel de Ville et semblèrent ainsi substituer un pouvoir communal aux ministères du gouvernement national, mais la substance historique réside dans la fondation d'un nouveau pouvoir politique prolétarien qui voulait s 'étendre à toute la France et faire s'insurger la classe ouvrière dans la France entière. Les armes de la république bourgeoise, soutenue par l'Empire prusso-allemand, empêchèrent la formation de cet Etat ouvrier, de cette première dictature prolétarienne, dont Marx et Lénine ont démontré la nature unitaire, centraliste et non fédérative.

Dans les faux partis socialistes et communistes d'aujourd'hui, qui pourtant se prétendent faussement des partis de la classe ouvrière, cette méthode défaitiste n'apparaît plus dans une série d'épisodes et de parenthèses, mais elle constitue le cœur de leur vie: ils ne savent rien faire, ou dire, ou agiter sans utiliser cet objectif fantoche qu'ils situent dans un personnage: qu'ils l'appellent tyran, dictateur, césar, énergumène ou criminel.

Il suffit d’ouvrir le journal pour trouver immanquablement des nouvelles de ce genre de catastrophes, des Philippines aux Andes, et de la calotte glaciaire aux déserts africains.
Notre capitalisme est peu important d’un point de vue quantitatif, mais au sens " qualitatif " il est depuis longtemps à l’avant-garde de la civilisation bourgeoise, dont il a produit les plus grands précurseurs lors de l’épanouissement de la Renaissance. Or, comme nous l’avons dit cent fois, il a développé de façon magistrale l’économie de la catastrophe.

D'où (plus que des tentatives sérieuses de démolition du marxisme dans l'intégralité de ses positions scientifiques, tentatives auxquelles on ne voit personne s'essayer, étant donné qu'on ne peut considérer comme des offensives sérieuses les réaffirmations de croyances et de systèmes traditionnels, qui existaient déjà à la naissance du socialisme moderne), d'où donc toute une série de tentatives pour compléter et pour redresser le marxisme lui-même, pour lui mettre des étais et du sparadrap. C'est une guerre froide, beaucoup plus répugnante que toute bataille déclarée. Il n'y a pas là un fait intellectuel ou culturel, mais une donnée historique: ennemis et amis sont obligés de se rendre compte que, quelles que soient les vicissitudes contingentes, la cause historique de la révolution n'est pas perdue.

Jusqu'au moment, naturellement, où la guerre envahit le terrain et domina la scène, "ils étaient contre toutes les guerres", et à ce sujet ne surent pas aller au-delà du vague "pacifisme" professé par les bourgeois et les anarchistes.
Cette pratique fut la digne prémisse de la politique d'"appui à toutes les guerres" dans laquelle sombrèrent les principaux partis européens lorsque éclata le cyclone de 1914. Alors les vauriens de l'opportunisme devenus alliés et ministres des pouvoirs impériaux bourgeois, commencèrent à accumuler les sophismes et à tricher sur le fait que le marxisme "ne condamnait pas toutes les guerres", mais en admettait certaines: il s'agissait naturellement de la leur, de la guerre appuyée en Allemagne par Scheidemann et Cie, en France par Guesde et Cie, en Autriche par Renner et Cie, en Russie par Plékhanov et Cie, en Belgique par Vandervelde et Cie, en Grande-Bretagne par Macdonald et Cie, en Italie par Mussolini... tout seul.

Et il a à sadisposition l'Etatpolitique". Etnous ajoutions la formule qui, selon nous, exprime bien les aspects les plus récents de l'économie mondiale: "Le capitalisme d'Etat n 'est pas une soumission ducapital à l'Etat, mais un assujettissement de l'Etat au capital".

Sogar wenn, was absurd ist, die Bürokraten ein Fünftel und die Arbeiter vier Fünftel stellen würden, wäre das „Volumen der Spitze“ sehr gering. Selbst wenn ihr Durchschnittsvolumen das Doppelte des Lohns der vier Fünftel ausmachen würde (was hieße, maximal 15 oder 20 Mal höher als dieser Gesamtlohn), betrüge die „abgepresste“ Mehrarbeit (da eben diese Angestellten nur dazu da wären, Däumchen zu drehen) nur zehn oder fünfzehn Prozent des Gesamtprodukts. Der Lebensstandard, einmal die Bürokratie beseitigt, würde kaum spürbar steigen, oder anders gesagt, die Arbeitszeit würde um bloß eine Stunde reduziert. Ist das wirklich so schwer zu verstehen? Die Revolution wird sicherlich nicht für „Seniors letzte Stunde“ [MEW 23, S. 237] gemacht, sondern für den ganzen Tag, was heißt: das ganze Leben, etwas, was die Dummköpfe „Freiheit“ nennen. Das Proletariat, das die Revolution bloß macht, um die Giebelspitze zu kappen, wäre jedenfalls eins mit der denkbar niedrigsten „Bewusstheit“.

In Russland, wo die Akkumulation des Kapitals, statt in 100 Jahren wie im Westen, in 10 Jahren geschafft werden musste, war dies ohne lange Arbeitszeiten und hohem Mehrwert nicht zu machen: Keine Übergangsökonomie kann dem entrinnen, und wenn es nicht nur um den Übergang Feudalismus - Kapitalismus, sondern gar um die Transformationsperiode Kapitalismus - Sozialismus gegangen wäre, hätten die Anstrengungen noch vervielfacht werden müssen. Aber das hätte gar nicht angepackt werden können, ohne dass das Proletariat im Westen das superakkumulierte Kapital zumindest in Europa, das schon in die hartnäckig sich dem Ableben widersetzende Phase der kapitalistischen Warenproduktion eingetreten war, in die eigene Hand genommen hätte; seit 1917 weiß das jedes Kind.

Abgesehen davon, die feudale Machtmaschinerie bezwingen zu müssen, wird durch die Abschaffung der Leibeigenschaft und Fesselung an den Boden nicht nur der Weg zur Befreiung der Produktivkräfte geebnet, sondern auch der andere Weg gebahnt, der aus der Konzentration in immer mächtigeren Arbeitseinheiten in der städtischen Manufaktur hervorgeht.
Für die Teilnahme des entstehenden Proletariats an den liberalen und nationalen Aufständen, die die Herausbildung der neuen Marktwirtschaft ausdrücken und die traditionellen abgeschiedenen Inseln zu einer territorialen Einheit verschmelzen, ist die unablässige Demolierung der politischen und ökonomischen demokratischen Illusionen durch Theorie und Agitation eine unerlässliche Bedingung. Die marxistische Position in dieser strategischen Frage ist nicht minder bedeutend als bei den prinzipiellen Positionen. Auch wenn sich die marxistische Bewegung mit Ungeduld für die militärischen Siege der liberalen Revolutionen einsetzt, hört sie nicht auf, mit allen Kräften auf die demokratische Ideologie der Aufklärung loszugehen und die bejubelten Eroberungen der Freiheit des Individuums und des Volkes zu verlachen.
Eine eindrucksvolle Bestätigung dieser mächtigen doppelten Position - deren dialektische Seiten sich nicht in die Quere kommen, sondern sich zwangsläufig ergänzen - ist die Bezugnahme Marx' auf die Lehre der physiokratischen politischen Ökonomie, die inmitten des ideologischen Feuereifers für die Menschen- und Bürgerrechte anfing, die Bewegung der materiellen Werte, Produkte und Arbeitskräfte zwischen den großen Klassen der damaligen Gesellschaft als Grundgerüst der historischen gesellschaftlichen Entwicklung zu erkennen.
Diese Bezugnahme ist gerade heute und gerade für das Verständnis der jüngsten Zeit und der nächsten Jahre äußerst wichtig, in denen falsche Dialektiker, falsche Marxisten, falsche Revolutionäre auftauchen, die - indem sie schwätzen, die Zeit sei wieder gekommen, in der (wie im 19. Jahrhundert) dem bürgerlichen Zyklus mit blankgezogenen Waffen ein neuer Schub gegeben werden müsse - im Schlamm der abgeschmacktesten Apologie der bürgerlichen Ideologismen ersaufen und im niedrigsten demokratoiden Jargon um die Rechte der Personund um volkstümlerische Postulate betteln, wo es doch schon vor zwei Jahrhunderten möglich war, all diesen widerlichen Kram hinter sich zu lassen und die deutlichen Umrisse der einzigen Protagonisten der lebendigen Geschichte - die Klassen - zu erkennen.

Ihre Ausgaben sind geringer, gleichwohl verkauft sie zum selben Preis wie die mit Dampf arbeitende Fabrik. Der Gewinn entsteht daher aus einer Differenz über den „Produktionspreis" und ist Rente.
Aber es wird Zeit, dass wir zum Ackerbauboden kommen. Seitdem die menschliche Gattung den Boden bebaut, um pflanzliche Nahrung zu erhalten, gibt es zwei grundsätzliche Gesichtspunkte: Die Eroberung bzw. Es gibt sowohl den bürgerlichen Eigentümer des unermesslich weiten russischen Landes, seiner Steppen, wo es Kapital regnet, als auch den Herren der Differenzialrente mit 200 Millionen Produzenten/Konsumenten: das ist der kapitalistische und bis an die Zähne bewaffnete Kreml-Staat. Noch einmal 10 Jahre technischen Fortschritts und er muss zusehen, wo er Getreide kaufen kann. Das Ende der Tragödie kann nur die internationale Revolution sein, die Zerschlagung des individuellen, betrieblichen oder staatlichen Mechanismus des Kaufens und Verkaufens. Allerdings wird, wenn sich der Rammbock nicht gegen Washington richtet, der Stoß vergeblich sein.

Per fare scienza del valore occorre sempre introdurre una misura come fecero Galileo e Newton che poterono fare scienza della gravità misurando masse, accelerazioni e forze. Marx trattò i fatti economici umani con lo stesso metodo scientifico applicato ai fatti fisici; egli non usò che pochi elementari algoritmi espliciti, ma la sua rigorosa impostazione descrittiva è un grande implacabile algoritmo contro il modo di produzione borghese. In questo volume gli schemi di Marx vengono affiancati da una ulteriore dimostrazione poggiante su potenti strumenti matematici che confermano il carattere transitorio del capitalismo.

Virtualmente potremmo disporre della "potenza di calcolo" di 1022 neuroni, un numero inimmaginabile. Naturalmente non si può fare l'operazione, né con i microcircuiti né con i cervelli. Ci dobbiamo accontentare di una poco fantascientifica rivoluzione che spazzi via l'immondizia capitalistica e renda possibile una polarizzazione dei cervelli, una sintonizzazione sui megahertz dell'onda del cambiamento drastico del hardware e del software di questa società. Una volta si chiamava dittatura del proletariato ed era il risultato transitorio del concretizzarsi del "partito storico" (il movimento reale dal comunismo originario al comunismo sviluppato) in "partito formale".

In detto partito i neuroni-cervello non saranno fantastiliardi ma agiranno in numero sufficiente a traghettare l'umanità fuori del capitalismo. Questa macchina umana sarà certamente coadiuvata dalla macchina-macchina in una simbiosi un po' diversa da quella immaginata oggi dagli scienziati e dai filosofi. Il nato e il prodotto collaboreranno alla definizione dei compiti operando la vera fusione. Sapremo dopo se si tratterà di intelligenza artificiale o naturale. Sapendo però già da subito che di artificiale non c'è niente, tutto è esistente in natura.
