This research aims is to find out the leadership models that can be used in increasing the learning success of students studied in Vocational schools, the increase in learning success in this research is assessed from the existing leadership models and in accordance with Education Management standards by elementary and secondary education units in Indonesia, and analyze which models are applied to these standards. Data were collected through document analysis and analyzed by descriptive and qualitative techniques. The results show that in the Ministry of Education Regulation number 19 of 2007 there are two models of leadership namely Participatory and Managerial leadership models. In conclusion, for the implementation success in terms of increasing the success of learning along with students, what is needed is a leader who can act, both as a participative leader and as a managerial leader.

In this study, a smart hybrid incubator was constructed and tested. To increase production of day-old poultry chicks, the incubator has solar power system to compliment power shortage in the event of failure from the national grid. The capacity of the incubator is 720 eggs. During the performance evaluation of the system, a temperature of 38.5 0 C and humidity 64% were maintained. Turning of the eggs' tray was achieved by a microcontroller that control the electric motor at an angle of 45 0 after a period of six hours. Fresh eggs of Broiler, Noilier chickens, guinea fowl and turkey were tested twice from 6th May to 3 rd June, 2020 and 7 th June to 3 rd July,2020. Fertility of the eggs were determined by candling method after ten days of laying the eggs after which fertile eggs were returned to the incubator. The system hatching rate of the incubator was between 88.6% to 96.1%. The automatic turning of the eggs was effective throughout the period. However, turning should stop some few days prior to hatching; that is three or four days maximum, because the embryos are moving into hatching position and need no turning. Therefore, three days to hatch the eggs were transferred to the hatching basket or hatcher. Utilizing the solar power indeed has provided a solution to the major constraint of power failure or inadequacy for commercial poultry farming.

The rapid development of digital inclusive finance has provided effective financial services for a wider range of residents, and has driven the improvement of household consumption through more convenient payment methods, easier access to credit methods, and wider investment and financial management methods. This paper uses the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2014 to 2019, and uses the digital inclusive finance index of Peking University to analyze the influence mechanism of digital inclusive finance on residents' consumption level from the perspectives of credit use, investment use and intermediary effect. Through empirical research found that: digital financial inclusion index, using depth index, credit index, investment index growth has played a positive effect on consumption, among them, for the lag of the investment index research found that residents' consumption level is also affected by investment redemption, at the same time, the study also found that digital inclusion financial development influence on consumption of urban and rural heterogeneity. To study the intermediary influence of the digital inclusive financial investment business index, it is found that the investment business index plays an intermediary role in the influence of the credit business index on the household consumption level affected by the ratchet effect of the previous period. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from how to promote the residents' consumption level and how to promote the residents to establish a healthy consumption concept.

Utilization of waste into alternative energy is still very minimal, in Indonesia it is estimated that only around 1600 MW or about 3.25% of the potential that exists. Several small-scale biogas installations already exist. However, the installation is still limited to sources originating from oil palm waste and livestock manure, while household waste is not optimally managed. The volume of waste in Indonesia ranges from 64 million tons per year. Until the year 2020, the volume of urban waste is expected to increase fivefold. Meanwhile, starting from the process of planting, production, shipping to final consumption, more than 40% of food becomes garbage. This is a big problem if it is not handled properly, even though garbage holds a large energy potential.

In response to this challenge, new storage area network architectures based on Ethernet (IP) have evolved. With the coexistence of storage traffic with other types of traffic in the same IP network, it is important to offer storage traffic QOS guarantees to prevent performance degradation for storage users. Regrettably, the storage device itself does not provide any capability of guaranteeing storage QOS.Commercially available storage arrays offer only limited support providing performance isolation bandwidth management and burst handling. To address this issue this paper introduces an integrated solution that enforces performance isolation, bandwidth management and burst handling among IP SANs.Through experiments it was established that the proposed solution is able to take advantage of its knowledge of traffic patterns to adjusts priorities to provide QOS(Quality of service) close to the service level objective(SLO) of storage users.

Our study is anchored on strategising financial architecture on firm financial performance in Nigeria using listed service industries from Nigeria. We strategised the independent variable with: short term debts STD; long term debts LTD and Equity EQT; while dependent variable apply return on investment ROI. The annual reports of sampled (9) service firms from 2012 to 2020 were extracted and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and Ordinary lest square regression (OLS). Results show R-squared value as (48.5%): indicating that the independent variables explained about 48.5% of the systematic variation in the pooled firms; while 51.5% is explained by other factors, the unspecified variables captured by the error term. In the same vein, the R-squared adjusted value is (46%) of the predictive power in the dependent variable; was jointly explained by the independent variables of the study: STD, LTD and EQT. Other analyses evidences show that strategizing STD and LTD are both negative and significant on ROI; while EQT is positive and significant on return on investment ROI of the pooled firms in Nigeria. Matching our findings with financial structure theories: EQT being positive and significant agrees with Miller & Modigliani, (1954; 1963) and Signaling, (1977) theories who earlier supported positive relationship; while STD and LTD being negative and significant, agrees with Agency (1976); Trade-off and Pecking order (1984), whose earlier theories supported negative relationship with ROI. From our findings, we recommend that firms should reduce STD, LTD and keep increasing equity to enhance ROI. The study contributes with the rich empirical literature, the modernized model applied in the study.

The population in this study were all Laser Vision Correction clinics in Indonesia along with all patients who came to the clinic for one year. The sample of this study was 112 people who had performed Laser Vision Correction surgery using the SMILE method. The sampling method used judgmental sampling. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The results of this study stated that brand awareness and trust were found to have a positive and significant effect whereas direct digital marketing found to have positive but not significant effect on the decision to do Laser Vision Correction surgery with the SMILE method in Indonesia.

selecting an appropriate procurement strategy is crucial to the successful completion of the project because it establishes the general model and structure of the obligations of the project participants in a contract. However, road infrastructure projects in Akwa-Ibom encounter numerous difficulties and complex performance challenges that are primarily caused by a specific procurement approach rather than the project's requirements and evaluation. This study assessed the commonly adopted procurement methods in the construction of road projects in Akwa-Ibom state and the factors affecting the selection of a procurement strategy in the construction of road projects. An extensive literature review of procurement systems was conducted. The study adopted a descriptive survey design and data were collected using a questionnaire from 150 purposively respondents from ministries, agencies, and institutions saddled with the procurement responsibilities within the state. Data were analyzed descriptively using mean and the factors were ranked according to their relative importance index (RII). The result from the study revealed that traditional and design and build procurement systems are the most used procurement option for new road construction and outsourcing system for the maintenance of existing roads. Project completion within the stipulated time, quality of work, technical complexity/competency of the contractor, and others were revealed to be the influencing factors for the choice of a procurement system. The study recommends that government procuring units should give proper consideration to project requirements and need peculiarities in choosing the best procurement strategy to be deployed as no single procurement strategy is the best.

Palynological analysis was carried out on well 'W' in Niger Delta provincial region. Sixty-one ditch cuttings were sampled at 20 m intervals. The aim was to reconstruct the paleoclimate utilizing the abundance and diversity of the analyzed miospores within the study area. The lithostratigraphic intervals composed of predominantly fine to medium grained sand with shale intercalation conformable to the paralic Agbada Formation. The samples were subjected to palynological laboratory process which involved the hydrofluoric acid maceration and the use of other acids and bases. The recovered palynomorphs were abundant and well diversified across the sampled intervals. One hundred and seventy (170) species were recovered including the key marker species, among them are: Retibrevitricolporites obodoensis, Echiperiporites estelae, Gemmamonoporites sp, Peregrinipollis nigericus, Crassoretitricolporites vanraadshooveni, Multiaerollites fomorsus, Stereisporites sp, Cyperaceoporites sp, Nympheapollis lotus, Podocarpus milanjianus, and Retistephanocolpites gracilis. Marine forms surch as Dinoflagellate cyst, Selenopimphix sp, Spiniferites sp, Polysphaeridium sp, and Lingulodinium sp. were also encountered. Using the diagnostic marker species such as Peregrinipollis nigericus and Stereisporites sp, the age of the interpreted stratigraphic intervals was assigned Late Miocene. The wet and dry trends which were based on the variations in climate and sea level changes were transcribed employing the dispersal of Zonocostites ramonea and Monoporites annulatus. The integration of terrestrial and marine forms revealed that the sediments were deposited in shallow marine environments.

Nowadays count of Offshore Wind Power Plant investments are increasing drastically. Although Turkey is not familiar with OWPPs there is a recent tendency towards OWPPs so as to supply the increasing energy demand and meet with the lower carbon emission targets. Higher interest on larger scale OWPPs resulted in a dramatic increase in count of relevant studies. Increased harmonic introduction is considered as one of the most remarkable effects of offshore wind power plants. In terms of Turkey, Northwest part is considered as suitable for a possible OWPP connection. In order to meet grid code limits in terms of harmonics, a detailed harmonic analysis is executed for two different scenarios in case of a large scale OWPP integration. Through the analysis a frequency dependent model is employed and real voltage harmonic measurements from selected connection points is added to the developed model. Whole simulations are executed by using Power Factory Software. With this study a detailed scheme for harmonic reaction of the Turkish Transmission Network to integration of a large scale OWPP is explicitly drawn.

This research aimed to know the implementation of utility quality, information quality and service interaction quality which have impacts on the trust of Customs-Excise Information System and Automation application users moderated by the user satisfaction in the logistic companies at the Cargo Terminal of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The main problems were that in the operational activities a shift of cargo flow occurred in document administration and that the payment should be made manually since the Customs-Excise Information System and Automation was still in the maintenance. This research used the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS as the tool of analysis. The research sample included as many as 198 respondents working in some logistic companies at the Cargo Terminal of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. In order to increase the contribution of utility quality, information quality and service interaction quality to user trust through user satisfaction, the application service provider should make the users feel satisfied and believe that the application has good benefits. The key finding of this research was that the information service system provider would also keep conducting periodic evaluation through a survey of satisfaction, thus the incoming suggestions and criticisms would improve the logistic service activities especially export and import.

Based on the export trade practices of 15 listed automobile manufacturing enterprises in China from 2011 to 2020, an export performance evaluation index system composed of export business structure and export business capability of listed automobile manufacturing companies was constructed. It is found that the export performance of China's listed automobile manufacturing companies generally decreased first and then increased, and reached the highest point in 2019. Among them, the export performance of listed companies of fuel vehicle manufacturing is significantly higher than that of listed companies of new energy vehicle manufacturing.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of situational leadership, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study was conducted on employees of CV Al Amien Group in Bangkalan, with a total sample of 60 employees. The research method used is quantitative research, and data is collected through the dissemination of questionnaires. Then, the technical data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study reveal that directly situational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Another finding is that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, organizational culture also has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. Finally, this study also found that job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance.

So that climate change and variability is a climate anomalous phenomenon that is a serious concern because it has a major impact, especially on the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study is to build an internet of things-based rainfall monitoring system on an intelligent agricultural system equipped with an effective monitoring system. This research resulted in an internet of things-based rainfall monitoring system that has been successfully designed with the help of raspberry devices, rainfall sensors, RTC, flashdisk and modems, so as to be able to present rainfall data and then process the prediction results using the moving average method, while the data grouping uses the oldeman classification. Based on the results of the analysis of the accuracy level of RMSE obtained 0.13 percent and MAPE 3.54 percent, then the results of the comparison of tools made by BMKG Indonesia for maros district obtained rmse accuracy rate of 0.04 percent and MAPE 3.71 percent, this shows very good results so that it can be a reference for farmers.

Under the background of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, the integration of autonomy, rule of law and rule of virtue has become an important issue in promoting the modernization of rural governance. Through the scientific grasp of the connotation of the three governance and their internal relations, the role of multiple subjects, one of the basic elements of the integration of the three governance, in rural governance is clarified, and it is found that there are practical problems in the collaborative participation of multiple subjects in rural governance, such as low enthusiasm for participation of governance subjects, difficulty in giving full play to the joint efforts of governance, and weak mechanism of multiple participation in governance. This study determined the factors affecting the saving and spending habits of college students in a University in Zambales during the pandemic. Subsequently, this study was done to better understand how these factors influenced the saving and spending manner of college students. A descriptive research design was used in this study. The main data collection instrument was a survey questionnaire, which was used to collect responses from college students in various departments. The Frequency and Percentage, Weighted Mean, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and Pearson Correlation Coefficient were used to analyze data. The findings of the study revealed that student-respondents at the university are mostly female, who are young, single, whose parents' occupation varies with a very low monthly family income, with a financial aid that mostly comes from scholarship, and with low monthly allowance. The respondents strongly agree that peer influence and financial literacy are the factor that affects their saving habits. The respondents sometimes practice saving habits and seldom practice a right spending. The study revealed a significant difference on the perceived factors that affect the saving habits as to lifestyle, peer influence, and school factor. There is also a significant difference on the perceived factors that affect their spending habits as to lifestyle, peer influence, financial literacy, family factor and school factor. The study also revealed that there is no significant difference on the saving habit practices of the respondents. On the other hand, there is no significant difference on their spending habit practices of the respondents when grouped according to profile variables. This study also found out that there is significant relationship on the saving habit practices of respondents and the perceived factors that affect the saving and spending habits of college students, and a significant relationship on the spending habit practices of respondents and the perceived factors that affect the saving and spending habits of college students. Based on the findings, the researchers recommended that students may consider the value of saving money for the future as advised by their parents. Parents may always remind and advise their children that spending money should be based on needs and not on impulse and influence of friends. Faculty may advise students to practice saving and spending appropriately. The family and the school may consider strategies to develop saving habits of the students.

Network security services such as privacy, data provenance, authentication, encryption, and integrity assurance are imperative for today's decentralized applications, especially due to sizeable volume of data being processed over the networks and the use of cloud computing. At present, these security services are provided by centralized controllers or by adopting weak distributed approaches. Thus, they are apt to suffer malicious attacks. On the contrary, blockchain is a secured and distributed ledger that can provide a fully distributed, provably secure, and consensus solution. This paper x-rays different potentials as well as some challenges of proposed blockchain-based approaches for several network security services. To this end, theoretical underpinnings of numerous papers published in high ranked scientific journals are utilized in the research for streamlining our assessment and capturing the continuously expanding blockchain domain. Based on a structured, systematic review and thematic content analysis of the discovered literature, we present some blockchain-based techniques for providing security services. Furthermore, we experimentally determined the individual efficiency of some blockchain-based techniques providing security services. This is achieved by employing TestRpc and AppDetectivePro to evaluate the performance of each technique. The results show that blockchain-based techniques are over 90% efficient in providing security services. Finally, foreseeable challenges associated with blockchain-based security service are also discussed to prod further research.

This study included the production of biomass briquettes from discarded cotton flock, an industrial byproduct. To boost densification, cotton flock was mixed with palm oil sludge at a ratio of 1:1. The quality factors include the shatter index, calorific value, water boiling test, flash point, and density of the final briquette was examined. Test results indicate that the free fatty acid percentage of sludge palm oil at room temperature was 32%. The moisture content of sludge palm oil was discovered to be 8%. The raw material was fed to the manual briquetting machine to densify by 50% to achieve a final height of 4 cm. It was determined that the briquette's shatter index was 99.5%. The calorific value of the briquette has been calculated to be 39.5MJ/kg. The density of the briquette, which was measured to be 816 kg/m3. It was established that the moisture percentage and ash content of the briquette were 5.8% and 15.1%, respectively. The cotton flock with sludge palm oil as the binding agent produce high quality fire briquette to replace the biomass requirement in the industrial combustion process.

Rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance and also the most basic governance unit. It is urgent to improve the rural governance system and modernize the governance capacity. Based on the empirical analysis of rural areas in northern Jiangsu, with seven towns of Pizhou City as the research objects, this paper explores the basic connotation and practice of rural governance system, and excavates the restrictive factors of rural governance modernization. Based on China's inter-provincial panel data from 2008 to 2018, this paper introduces regional financial development as a threshold variable, constructs a nonlinear threshold regression model, and discusses the nonlinear relationship between bidirectional FDI and regional innovation capacity. The study finds that FDI and OFDI have obvious threshold effect on the innovation ability of various regions in China, and the threshold variable is regional financial development: only when the level of financial development exceeds the threshold, the effect of FDI and OFDI on the improvement of regional innovation ability is more significant. In the future, China should make every effort to improve the level of financial development, and more vigorously promote the development of regional innovation capacity based on the policy of " bringing in " and "going out".

Carbon Monoxide is one of the most severe air pollutants. The reduction in ambient air quality caused by CO pollution will have an effect on health. CO gas is toxic in blood because it binds easily to hemoglobin. It can even be fatal because it deprives the heart, central nervous system, and respiratory tract of oxygen. The goal of this study is to determine the development of stage an IoT-based tool for monitoring and detecting Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas. The research method is a research and development method that refers to a spiral development model that generates four syntaxes, namely requirements analysis, design, construction, and testing. The MQ-7 sensor was chosen to detect the presence of CO gas. The controllers Arduino Nano and ESP32 receive gas data from the sensor, send it to the smartphone application, and display the data on the LCD. The sensor can be used as a CO gas detector, according to a comparison of data from the MQ-7 sensor and COmeter test results, with an average data difference of 4.99 ppm for Carbon Monoxide testing in vehicle exhaust gas and 3.76 ppm for Carbon Monoxide testing in cigarette smoke. The study yielded a Carbon Monoxide gas detector and a monitoring app for an IoT-enabled smartphone. Testing of tools to test functionality reveals that the function's feasibility is 100%. As a result, the developed monitoring tool is suitable for use as a Carbon Monoxide gas detection tool.

Brick is an essential building material for quickening growth, especially in Kabupaten Ketapang, the largest district in the province of West Kalimantan at 31,580 km2. Plastic waste has a lifespan of between 500 billion and 1 trillion years. In order to support the acceleration of development in Kabupaten Ketapang, and due to the fact that plastic waste is classified as an element that is difficult to decompose and maintain the beauty of the environment, and in an effort to reduce the use of depleting natural resource materials, the innovation of using Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic waste as a mixed material for making bricks must be evaluated to determine its effectiveness. In the field, variations of 1:3 and 1:6 were used to evaluate the plastic mixture on brickwork based on SNI and PUBI. The properties of SNI-3-0349-1989 were applied in the brick mix's mix design analysis. A lighter weight was achieved by comparing the volume weight of the bricks to this plastic mixture. In accordance with SNI 16-2094-2000, the maximum compressive strength test for plastic bricks is 50.71 kgf/cm 2 at a mixture variation of 1:3. This measurement of compressive strength is 45 kgf/cm 2 , which is class I. With the addition of plastic to the brick mixture, the compressive strength decreased from 24.31 kgf/cm 2 for a 10% mixture in class III to 22.85 kgf/cm 2 for a 20% mixture in class III to 12.66 kgf/cm 2 for a 40% mixture in class IV and the highest plastic brick specimen's compressive strength, which is 21.89 kgf/cm 2 at a 1:6 variation of 0 percent, falls into the third class, which is 30 kgf/ cm 2. With the addition of plastic to the brick mixture, the compressive strength decreased from 20.04 kgf/cm 2 for a 10% mixture in class III to 11.69 kgf/cm 2 for a 20% mixture in class IV to 9.20 kgf/cm 2 for a 40% mixture in class IV.

The data used are primary data using a questionnaire distributed to 61 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated model sampling. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale and the data is processed using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method. The results of this study indicate that the variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The aim of this paper is to show, through an overview of the field of application of wood, how wood stands, as a means of materialization, in relation to other factors that determine the oriental-type town house in Sarajevo. We especially want to highlight those places in the spatial structure of the house where wood, as an authentic material of the climate, influenced some materialization solutions, as well as places where specific requirements (primarily those from the spiritual sphere) reached for wood as the most suitable material for the realization of the desired architectural expressions. The paper presents examples of oriental-type townhouses in Sarajevo that have been preserved to this day. In the end, our wish is to bring the essence of this architecture closer to the scope of this work, so that with construction today and tomorrow we can achieve continuity with tradition, that is, those values that are still relevant for us today.

With the development of modern manufacturing industry, various kinds of mechanical equipment are applied more and more widely. However, once such equipment fails, it will not only cause losses to the company, but also may cause casualties even in serious cases. At present, most fault diagnosis of devices relies on feature extraction methods, usually based on information processing technology, to extract fault features manually, to identify device faults according to the differences of fault features, and combined with classifiers. Obviously, this method needs prior knowledge and professional support, and the accuracy of fault diagnosis cannot be guaranteed. This project uses the Gaussian mixture model (GMM) which is widely used in industry and the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model which has advantages in image processing to detect the faults of devices. The model is trained using a sound dataset for investigation and inspection of faulty industrial machines that is publicly available on the Web. GMM and tensorflow-keras framework are built using Python language to build convolution neural network model, and the recognition accuracy of the two algorithms is analyzed. The results show that when the training data is small, the recognition accuracy of GMM is 73%, while that of convolution neural network model is 73.2%. When the training data is large, the recognition accuracy of GMM is 75.8%, and that of convolution neural network is 94.2%. When the amount of data is increased, the accuracy improvement of GMM is less than that of convolution neural network.

Agricultural land has changed its function in urban areas resulting in narrower agricultural land area and many irrigation networks that are not functioning. This has resulted in many isolated lands that cannot even be served by irrigation, so that the alternative source of agricultural water is local shallow ground well water. With the potential of water sources and limited land area, farming is expected to be able to utilize water efficiently. Small sprinkler irrigation systems such as the 24D Netafim on the market, are expected to be an alternative in providing irrigation and for that it is necessary to test the ability of the irrigation system to vary the distance between the sprinkler and the height of the stick to the irrigation radius and its uniformity for a duration of 15 minutes. The test results showed that the irrigation uniformity was above 85% at the distance between sprinklers of 4.5 m, 5 m and 5.5 m and 6 m with a stick height of 0.5 m and 0.75 m. For stick heights of 1.0 m and 1.25 m at the same sprinkler distance, the uniformity coefficient is less than 85%. While the optimal irrigation radius obtained at a sprinkler distance of 4.5 m, 5 m and 5.5 m is an average of 5.6 m.

A research on Training Need Assessment of Orange farmers was conducted in Wokha district, under Nagaland State, the 16th state of India. Wokha district in Nagaland regarded as the land of plenty has wide variations in agro-climatic situation which proves to be favourable for the cultivation of a wide variety of horticultural crops. Total area under Orange cultivation in Wokha district during the year 2017-18 was 680 ha while the total production during the year 2017-18 was 5950.00mt. Three blocks viz., Wokha, Bhandari and Wozhuro were purposively selected. Two villages each for Orange from the above blocks were selected randomly. Furthermore, 15 farmers growing orange from two selected villages were randomly selected making a sample size of 120 respondents. Training Need of Orange farmers was done based on their degree of knowledge level on cultivation practices and the study concluded that training was needed on the importance of application of manures and fertilizers; Irrigation and water management and in crop protection technology. It was also found that, the farmers needed to be oriented with scientific knowledge and technologies of the art and science of growing oranges so as to realize maximum return from their orange orchard.

The weakness of embankment dams lies in the core zone which functions as an impermeable zone. Embankment dams with zonal core is a combination of various material properties. Geometric design and drainage will affect seepage and phreatic line properties that occur, which is due to the complexity of geometry, material parameters and boundary conditions. Thus, the calculation is not as simple as in a homogeneous soil fill dam. The Finite Element Method (FEM) numerical modeling has been widely used for the analysis of seepage and dam stability. The combination of permeability coefficient parameters (k), reservoir water level (h) and seepage path length (L) based on Darcy's and Casagrande's Laws can be used to determine the relationship between seepage parameters in the core zone. This two-dimensional (2D) modeling considers saturated/unsaturated conditions and steady state conditions for each parameter.

The purpose of the construction of the Tugu Dam is to accommodate the potential of rainwater as the main water source used for irrigation water, clean water supply, flood control, Micro Hydro Power Plant and freshwater fisheries. In the implementation of the Tugu dam construction activities, completion delays were caused by several factors. On the existing problems, a research was conducted to analyze the factors causing delays, the most dominating factors and the strategy for solving them. Quantitative methods, data analysis research using factor analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program for data processing. The results of the analysis of 11 variables that affect work delays obtained 2 dominant variables affecting work delays, namely the Situation Factor where the indicator is land acquisition with an index of 73.58% and the Change factor where the indicator is a design change with an index of 73.5%. The form of the settlement strategy is with the active role of the Government and the appropriate selection of experts from planning, implementation and supervision, so that it is hoped that the construction of dams can be carried out on time and with appropriate quality.

This study was a non-experimental retrospective case-control method with a mixed-method, samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique in patients with vertebral abnormalities at RSU Royal Prima Medan, the conditions were to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research data from medical records, and questionnaires from patients from September 2014 to August 2021 totaled 624, recorded experiencing vertebral abnormalities, of which 243 people met the criteria. Based on the panel data of 42 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta region of China from 2003 to 2017, and based on STIRPAT model and Environment Kuznets Curve (EKC) theory, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the impact of environmental regulation on industrial pollutants emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region. The results show that there is a nonlinear inverted U-shaped relationship between environmental regulation, industrial SO 2 and industrial soot. Population size, secondary industry structure and energy consumption have significant promoting effects on the discharge of the three industrial pollutants. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is beneficial to reduce industrial SO 2 and industrial soot discharge, but has no significant effect on industrial wastewater emission reduction. Technological innovation has a significant effect on the emission reduction of three industrial pollutants. Education level can significantly reduce the emission of SO 2 and industrial waste water, but it has no significant effect on the emission of industrial soot. Based on the research results, the government and enterprises should formulate reasonable environmental regulation intensity to promote the development of green and innovative technologies, increase investment in energy conservation and emission reduction technologies, and attract high-quality FDI, so as to reduce the emission of industrial pollutants.
