Young Justice is blowing up on the scene. The newest animated DC Comics series is getting a huge following and for good reason, but the frequent DVD releases have been sparse in packing bang for your buck, to say the least. Containing but four episodes per volume, fans have wanted a more comprehensive DVD release ever since its home video inception.
Warner Home Video will be unleashing a collection containing the first three volumes – 12 episodes in total – in one package on April 17, 2012. The DVD will be available for the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) of $19.98, though nothing is known at this time regarding any special features or supplemental materials that may or may not be included.
In Young Justice, being a teenager means proving yourself over and over -- to peers, parents, teachers, mentors and, ultimately, to yourself. But what if you're not just a normal teenager? What if you're a teenage super hero? Are you ready to join the ranks of the great heroes and prove you're worthy of the Justice League? That's exactly what the members of Young Justice -- Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis -- will find out, whether they have what it takes to be a proven hero.
