It's only been a few weeks since Gearbox's Borderlands was made available, but the first round of downloadable content is almost here. Scheduled to be released on November 24th for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game (we're still waiting to hear about the PC release), it's called The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned. It'll cost 10 bucks, so it's not exactly cheap, but what do you actually get for your money?
