    About This Game

Let's Catch is a deceptively simple game of catching a ball for between one and four players. The game will offer six game modes. Story mode, designed for single player play, includes nine dramatic sequences set in a park. Players play catch ball to bring happiness to their neighbors and even save the world. Also for solo players is Speed Catch. Here, you attempt to catch balls that are thrown at you with increasing speed. The challenge is to see if you can catch balls thrown at 160km/h or more. Up to four can take part in the Nine Trial mode. Here, each player is given a board with nine panels. The race is to see who can throw balls through all the panels fastest. Bomber Catch is also playable by four players. Think of this as hot potato, except you're tossing around a bomb. High Score mode is playable by between one and two players. Here, players continue throwing balls in order to get the highest score. The site mentions some sort of "perfect combo." While we're not sure what this means, it presumably has to do with tossing the ball around without dropping it. Finally, there's Free Play mode, a practice mode where up to two players simply throw the ball around. Japanese Wii owners can look forward to Let's Catch in December. The game will sell for 1,000 Wii Points. Video footage will be shared at the Let's Catch official site shortly. For now, go to the site for screenshots and character art.
