Starting in 1996, Alexa Internet has been donating their crawl data to the Internet Archive. Flowing in every day, these data are added to the Wayback Machine after an embargo period.
Happy Anniversary Wolfenstein Photos! On this day back in 2002 the site went live to a rush of photo submissions. More than 300 real-life pictures from the Wolfenstein community later, and they still trickle in once in a while! While photo submissions are still always welcome, watch for a big site re-launch in time for Wolfenstein 2.

It's been a long time since our last update, but we pretty much tapped out the Wolfenstein community in the pictures department! Wolfenstein Photos is moving towards its 5th Birthday, if you can believe that. We kicked open the doors on July 20, 2002 and the community was quick to hop on board with the project and submit their pics. Things have been quiet since the initial explosion of photos, but I anticipate a re-birth with the release of Return to Castle Wolfenstein 2. Pictures are still always welcome and once the community gets on board with RtCW 2 we'll do a full out blitz to attract the new community to our little picture bunker here. Until then... keep on fragging!
