A group of Americans are stranded in a remote location, where they compete against each other in team competitions. The losing team is then forced to vote a member out. Eventually the tribes merge into one, and the voting continues, as all the contestants try to do what they can, both physically and mentally, to win the million dollar prize the sole Survivor left at the end is rewarded with.

Season 3: Africa

Season 4: Marquesas

Season 6: The Amazon
16 contestants discover the next twist: This time, it's men vs women.
Season 7: Pearl Islands
Taking a cue from the history of the area in Panama they're brought to, the survivors learn this season contains a pirate theme. And in a major new twist, contestants eliminated from the game return in a surprising manner.
Season 8: All-Stars
18 of the most notable and notorious past contestants return to see who is the best of the best.
Season 9: Vanuatu

But hidden on that island is an object that could be the key to victory... |
Season 13: Cook Islands
This season features the series' most ethnically diverse cast to date. The castaways are initially organized into four tribes divided along ethnic lines (African-American, Asian-American, Hispanic and White) before merging in a later episode. In addition, throughout the season, at least one castaway is banished to a separate island (Exile Island) miles away from camp per episode. While being separated from the tribe is not desirable, the castaways learn that there is a hidden Immunity Idol somewhere on the island. If found, this Immunity Idol could save an individual from being voted out at a future Tribal Council.
Season 14: Fiji
Survivor: Fiji featured a diverse cast of Americans who began the season as one tribe with plenty of supplies and resources on their island to make an exceptionally comfortable camp. On Day Three, the castaways were split into two tribes, selected by one of their own as a result of the events which took place prior to the first Immunity Challenge. The tribe that won the first Immunity Challenge returned to the camp with copious resources while the losing tribe relocated to a new island with only a pot, a machete and a water source.
Season 15: China
Survivor: China will feature a cast of 16 Americans who will begin the series amid the bustle of downtown Shanghai before moving to HuangPu Mountain’s Mi Tuo Temple for a Buddhist ceremony where they will be instructed to leave all of their worldly possessions behind. The castaways will then be marooned with the clothes on their back at two separate islands on Zhelin Lake (translation: the Land of 1,000 Lakes) located in the Jiangxi Province. They will split into two tribes, Fei Long (translation: Flying Dragon) and Zhan Hu (translation: Fighting Tiger).
