Magic: The Gathering Online (MTGO) first launched in 2002, bringing the massive success of the
collectible card game into an online world. MTGO gives players the ability to purchase, buy, sell
and trade digital cards online. After assembling their cards into decks, players participate in
any of the thousands of online matches and tournaments that take place each week.
MTGO had a major graphics and UI overhaul with the release of version 2 in 2003. Now once again, MTGO is being completely re-done to streamline the UI, add new features (and improve old ones!) and refresh all of the in-game graphics.
Whether you are new to Magic: The Gathering, new to playing Magic online, or an old and grizzled veteran, this beta test will give you an inside look at the future of the most popular online collectible card
