Joe's first DS appearance starts off as Captain Blue's latest movie is ready to be unveiled to the public. A sinister group steals the movie, bringing Joe back into action as he tries to get the movie back. Joe's quarrelsome little sister, Jasmine, who wants to be an actress in the future, joins in on the action this time around.

The two screens will keep track of the action in two viewpoints, and the touch panel will be used to solve puzzles and pull off special moves.
