Does higher traffic always mean better revenue or just more load to manage.
Does higher traffic always mean better revenue or just more load to manage.

I have been working on a small setup where traffic started increasing recently, and honestly the first thing I noticed was not revenue but server pressure. It made me think about whether more traffic actually means more money or just more complexity. With caching, routing, and load balancing, it feels like a lot of effort just to keep things stable. At the same time, revenue does not seem to scale in the same way as traffic. So I am wondering if anyone here has seen a point where traffic growth actually starts making sense financially, not just technically.

Curious how others are thinking about this balance between handling traffic and actually earning from it.
