Trouble receiving OTP emails from Microsoft Partner Center
Hello! When clicking the Verify Email button in the location below, the primary contact email is not receiving the OTP verification email. I'm on my 6th Partner Center support ticket attempting to determine out why I am not receiving these emails. Partner center support is quick to help me verify the account manually, but I would really like to see the automated system working as intended to help future partners avoid running into this same issue. Could someone help me track down the email address these messages are coming from? Thanks! -jon For reference, the first few tickets I opened under the following workspace/topic, but the assigned engineers say "you picked the wrong topic try again." Workspace: Account Settings Topic: Account verification > E-mail ownership I ask what set of options I should pick to get my ticket routed to the right team, but I haven't located someone that can answer that question either. I've started choosing a random workspace and topic in the hopes that I get lucky. I don't think this strategy is going to work very well, but the partner center support team haven't suggested a better approach and I'm out of ideas. I am listening for years that Azure Sponsorship type of Azure subscriptions will get Azure Cost Management. This includes the view of prices inside portal.azure.com, managing budgets, checking each individual resources etc. Current / old portal - https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Usage , does not show costs per each resource (name), instead only per resources type. Not possible to set budgets, alerts, limits, and other things. So, again, when does Microsoft plans to upgrade Azure sponsorships to use Cost Management? I’m hoping someone from Microsoft or the community can help because my Partner Center account seems to be in a broken state. I have an active Partner Center account tied to my Entra tenant and business, but several areas appear corrupted or inaccessible. The main issues are: Verification Summary page does not work. I receive Program Not Found errors. Additional details: Tenant: onsitedentalsystems.com Publisher name: Onsite Dental Systems I can sign into Partner Center successfully and access some account pages, but verification and program enrollment pages fail or appear disconnected from the tenant. I already opened a support ticket, but responses have been very slow. I am trying to determine whether this is a backend Partner Center linkage issue, a corrupted program enrollment, a broken verification association, or something wrong with the Entra tenant relationship. At this point I am even considering creating a completely new Entra tenant and Partner account because the current one appears stuck. Has anyone experienced Program Not Found errors, broken Verification Summary pages, missing program associations, or issues after MPN / AI Cloud Partner Program migration? I am trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. After submitting my company details (DUNS, US EID, contact info, etc), my request is blocked. It says to reach out to Microsoft support with reference number: 715-123160 and transaction ID: 123b68f8-334e-47c3-aa5f-7f280dbc5872. I tried to open a ticket in the Partner Center, but the "workspace" drop-down is empty. Because enrollment is blocked, no Partner Center workspace is created. I am unable to submit a support request from within Partner Center, since the Workspace field is mandatory.FY26 TSP Community Call Thread

November 3, 2025 Update: Achievement code requesting has resumed. There was an outage on October 30 - 31. If you're still experiencing the inability to generate achievement codes please 1) log out and log back in to Learn, and 2) clear your browser cache. If neither of those actions provides access, please send me a direct message with your name, company, and what email you're using to log into Learn with admin access. October 30 Update: we are receiving reports of new issues with missing achievement code buttons. The Microsoft Learn engineering team is investigating the issue. There is currently no ETA for a fix. I will provide updates on this thread as they become available. October 1 Update: If the achievement code button is still not working for you, please send me a direct message with your company name and the email address you're using to access the Learn Admin account. To send me a direct message, click on my name / icon. Please do not post personally identifiable information in the forum itself. Thank you. September 23 Update: the vast majority of partners have reported that they have regained access to achievement codes. However, based on some of the comments in this thread not everyone has seen a fix. First, please follow the steps regarding the hard refresh below. We have had some partners that said they still couldn't access codes after the fix and when we had them follow the refresh steps all was good again. If that still hasn't fixed the problem, I recommend creating a new admin account on Learn. You can find the documents for that here. Once you complete the process it takes about a day for the admin account to be provisioned. I know it's a workaround, but you should regain access quicker than if we wait for a fix on the old accounts. At the same time, I do want to report to the team those accounts that still cannot access so they can determine the root cause. Please send me a direct message (click on my name / icon from any post) and let me know the email address that you are using for Learn admin that still does not have access and approximately how long you've been using that admin account. I want to understand if this remaining issue is weighted toward newer users or those that have been leveraging achievement codes for a long time. Thank you. ____________ September 11 Update #2 : we have confirmed the reappearance of the achievement code button in handful of partner accounts. We are optimistic that this has been applied to all partner accounts but still want to gather data before we claim a total fix. Please check to see if your account has regained access to the achievement code button If you still do not see it, please try these steps Close all browser windows Open a new browser and go to https://learn.microsoft.com Sign in using your Outlook.com Class Administrator account Navigate to a course or learning path detail page Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) If it still does not work, please add a reply to this thread so that we can continue to evaluate any access gaps. September 11 Update: it is apparent that this achievement code outage is now impacting most, if not all, Training Services Partners. The engineering team is working to identify where and how the issue grew so that we can properly plan a fix. Based on my knowledge of the situation this is a fix that will come in days, not hours. I will continue to update this thread each business day until we get all achievement codes back online. September 5 Update: Engineering is progressing on a fix. The soonest we would see proper functionality is end of next week (around the 12th). I will provide an additional update then. August 27 Update: Engineering is working on this and the right people are involved. Not to get too into the weeds, but it's a database migration issue across two distinct teams. They understand the urgency, and I'll bring you more updates as soon as I receive them. August 14 Update: The issue has been identified. I do not yet have a time to resolution to share but will update here when I know more. August 8 Update: We are aware there is an issue with newly onboarded partners attempting to access achievement codes for the first time. The enrollment form at aka.ms/TSP_Achievement_Code_Enrollment returns 'restricted access' for me. I have tried signing in with all three of the following: 1. email address removed for privacy reasons (work / Entra tenant, Partner Center account) 2. email address removed for privacy reasons (consumer MSA with Learn profile) 3. email address removed for privacy reasons (new outlook.com alias, per the Account Enrollment Guide) Same restriction on all three, so this looks like a tenant or program-level block rather than an account issue. I also have an open support case (#715-123160) regarding an earlier fraud-detection block on our tenant, which may be related. Microsoft Support has twice advised me to post here. Could someone please: Escalate for a manual unblock if there is a tenant-level restriction. This is the only thing blocking us from issuing Achievement Codes for our May 2026 intake. Hello All, Hoping to get some information on necessary permissions for our users to properly be able to use Fabric Data Agents. Scenario: Created a Fabric Data Agent that uses data from Fabric lakehouse table. Published Fabric Agent to M365 Copilot, shared with a business user. Provided business user direct access to Lakehouse as well. User is able to access the Fabric Data Agent from M365 Copilot however is getting error stating they do not have access to the data.
