"We're here to talk about the silent revolution that's taking place a little bit behind the scenes." 💭 Sathish Karunakaran, Senior Director of Engineering at Google had an insightful discussion with Peter Linder, focusing on differentiated connectivity. Three key themes in the interview: 🔹 How Ericsson and Google are solving the “best‑effort” gap 🔹 What connectivity means for the coming agentic AI era 🔹 How these steps are paving the way toward 6G As differentiated connectivity moves from pilots to everyday life, we showcase how ecosystem collaboration, such as ours with Google and Android, allows innovation that can change user experience and enable business opportunities. 🤝 Tune in and hear more voices from our ecosystem: https://lnkd.in/eK46qSFq #Ericsson #DifferentiatedConnectivity #Collaboration #Networks

Yesterday, our CEO Börje Ekholm rang the Nasdaq closing bell in New York to celebrate 150 years of connecting the world. From the podium in Times Square, Borje put it simply: turning 150 is an achievement, but past success does not guarantee the future. Nasdaq is a market built on what comes next, and that is where we are headed. This year, we are building for growth. In the United States 🇺🇸 we are a trusted partner and supplier to leading operators to deliver AI powered 5G, programmable networks, and the foundation for what comes next. Börje was joined on stage by Åsa Tamsons, Scott G Dresser, Niklas Heuveldop, and Yossi Cohen. But the best view was outside, where the Nasdaq billboard lit up with photos submitted by Ericsson colleagues from around the world. These are people building on 150 years of progress, and we can’t wait to write the chapters still to come! Here's to the next 150 years of reaching new horizons: https://lnkd.in/dxY_TyE2

As Ericsson celebrates 150 years this year, one thing is clear: women have always been part of our story. From our co-founder Hilda Ericsson, to the women on our factory floors in 1895, to the engineers and leaders shaping global networks today, their contributions have never been a footnote. They have been foundational. This legacy was very much alive at Women In Tech Sweden this year, where we were proud to join as main partner. We showed up with a full booth showcasing our latest technology and innovation, and more importantly, with the brilliant people behind it. One of the highlights? Rebecka C. Ångström taking the main stage for a panel discussion on AI and Trust 💡 and leading a packed focus session that clearly struck a chord with the audience. Rebecka works at the intersection of academia and industry, bringing nearly two decades of experience studying human behaviour in emerging technologies. In her session, Trust in an AI-driven world, she explored why trust in technology alone is not enough, and how the shifting dynamics of trust between people, organizations, and systems will shape how we live, work, and make decisions. Throughout 150 years, women at Ericsson have held every kind of role : building, leading, innovating. The next 150 years are ours to write! #WomenInTech #WomenInTechSweden #Ericsson150 #WomenInSTEM
